tip!!! on the bicycle crunches try to reach for the top of ur knees it rlly increases the burn!! ( ik I’m super late to this workout😭 )

Oh my heart! Her self confidence before her own goal is truly heartbreaking. I know because I used to be this hard on myself. Those mirrors can be devastating. Niña do not put yourself down like that. I hope you find peace with whatever size or state of mind you're in. Truly ❤

Thank you for sharing your own experience. While I appreciate your concern, I want to clarify that I wasn't as confident as I am now when I first started my fitness journey. However, I don't believe it's heartbreaking to strive for self-improvement and boost one's own confidence. I understand that mirrors can be difficult for some people, but I never put myself down like that. Instead, I pushed myself to be better and still do. I agree that people can be harsh on themselves when they shouldn't be, and I hope my journey can inspire others to embrace their own progress and feel good about themselves ❤

If you stay on a low calorie diet and do this workout once-twice a day then you should see results! I’m making a video soon that includes low calorie meals and snacks that will definitely help reduce body weight.

I'm going to try this for the next two weeks. I'll try to do it twice a day. I started at 65cm around the waist and a bit of lower belly fat, I also do other ab and arms workout with this. I also do some abdominal massages and I eat a lot of chicken (not fried tho) Day 1: ✅ I didn't get any rest because I wasn't looking at my phone 😑 Day 2: Morning ✅ I have to day that I also do other ab workout in the morning. Evening ✅ I also try and do some bellydance after the workout 😅 Day 3: Morning ✅ Evening ✅ Day 4: Morning ✅ Evening ✅ Day 5: Morning ✅ Evening ❌ Didn't do it, I've been doing exercises nonstop for 2 weeks, this was my free night Day 6: Morning ✅ Evening ✅ Day 7: Morning ✅ Evening ✅ Day 8: Morning ✅ Evening ✅ Day 9: Morning ✅ Evening ❌ I have lots of chores today Honestly, I don't think this routine is for me, I only feel the burn in 2 exercises so I'll go on to another workout.

Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ Day 5: I had to take a break so preferred not to do it Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ Day 8: Ummm I was out so couldn't do it Day 9: ❎ Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ❎ Day 12: ✅ Day 13: ❎ Day 14: ✅ Day 15: ❎ Day 16: ❎ Forgot to update in... I did this workout for like 9days and now I'm kinda confident about how I look. I've my exams this coming week and I'm taking a break so I prefer not to do it.

Yes it does! It tightens the sides, the twisting motion of the movements trims your waist, giving you a toned, smaller stomach.

If you find the leg cross crunches too challenging, there are some modifications you can try. For example, you could try doing more regular crunches or bicycle crunches, which can be less intense on your legs. You can also try keeping your legs bent and your feet on the floor while doing the crossover crunches. Remember to do what feels comfortable for you. I hope this helps!

U don’t have to be on a diet, but I recommend getting some cardio in too then. Walking more or running on the treadmill would work :)

​@Christy🖤 you al’ endless sessions on a treadmill are counterproductive for us women, do a combo of weighted routines curl to press - Russian twists w weight- plank +row - raises - triceps dips or extension / push-ups/ reverse planks .. second set of rows curls and press or deadlift AND DO a shorter hiit or tabata routine like fitnessblender growing ananas elenifit popsugar Olivia Lawson or H. Robertson ...any 20 to 30 minute hiit routine will benefit you more than 45 minutes on a treadmill stairmaster.. .

@@natashafree woah, you look taller!! I was thinking “isn’t 100 pounds a really low weight?” But 100 pounds at our height is still really healthy! I’m 4’11”. I just weighed myself and I’m 115-117. I’m still healthy, but not in my best shape like I used to be 😩 this vid is inspiring me to back to my best shape again!

I’m 5’0 and 185 pounds…. My mom keeps telling me that if I weight 100 pounds I would be very underweight but I am happy that , that isn’t true so thank you I’m going to try to lose 80 pounds with this workout :)

I started working out in January 2022 then lost 20 pounds by March 2022. It was difficult for me for sometime getting into working out cause I would just quit after a few days since I wouldn’t see results, but if you continue every single day then you will see results within a week! Good luck with your journey 💗

These workouts are all intended to reduce belly and waist fat. You will get a stronger core and abs from doing these workouts. Yet, I realized that doing this exercise for two years has helped me decrease waist fat. By tightening the muscles on your sides, the twisting motion of the movements trims your waist, giving you a toned, smaller stomach. After these motions, the additional exercises aid in maintaining a strong core to support the muscles on your sides. It’s hard to determine which workouts end up actually broadening your waist rather than slimming it, but I assure you this will work ☺️

The Russian twists do do them with 5 kg Weights and do side bends with weights As well. Then try doing 24 hip twists ( plank) day after, if you do not know where those obliques are then, you already had Rock solid obliques...😊

Yes I did! Some of the snacks I ate were quest protein chips and I rlly recommend the Quaker ranch rice chips! I also tried to make sure I stayed away from fast food and carbs. I also made most of my meals and ate plenty of seafood.
