Well to be fair LITERALLY 95% of lifting RU-vidrs are on roids.. Bradley Martin, liver king, any of those big names are all roided out of their minds and give people a false hope of what they can look like without drugs
The first picture he is still on a Testosteron derivate stack and has water retention in the face and whole body, on the last months the cut stack really has dried all muscle mass alot and it clearly shows! But its a very good example of what you can expect with a moderate good amount and use of steroids in 6 months (althoug cutting compunds arent really anabolic, and i dont recommend using them because they are hard to use safe) =)
@@multicodemaestroA calorie deficit to cut fat and retain as much muscle and strength from your bulk. Don’t want diet to hard but keep calories below your maintenance calories!
Excellent work. Long cuts really are such hard work. Locking in/settling into the routine and showing up for ourselves consistently for MONTHS. It’s worth it every time.
@@Akathysianot by itself, it’s just fat. He didn’t lose as much muscle as he did fat, so he lost fat. If he lost a ton of muscle, water and fat that would be “weight” loss. Hope that helps

@@franciscor.p3578 anyone *can* If ive got 80 more years to lose that weight though why would I? If im prepping for a show or just for the summer or something sure, but if its just something that I don’t want to impede my life over, other than like a couple hundred calories which is unnoticeable to most diets, then this isn’t a bad option🤷♂️🙌
@@rinaldoman3331well ofc you’re not gonna be gaining weight let alone muscle on a calorie deficit 😂😂 you lose (hopefully) mostly fat and train hard to retain as much muscle as possible with high protein low cal
They don't necessarily need to be healthy. You will go crazy tryna consume 4k calories of chicken and rice. You don't have to go off the rails and only eat junk, but there is a time and a place for unhealthy, calorie dense food when bulking for sure.
Just started my cut two days ago. Fuckkkkkkk. But Mines only gonna be a month and im.only.trying to hit 10-15 loss. The cravings are REAL. A 6 month cut is insane to me. Congrats.
