Their bodies mature a lot earlier than a boys body does because most females start and finish puberty sooner than males do. They also reach their adult breast size(excluding pregnancy and menstruation obviously) between 16-17. The nerve of you to tell someone else they didn't listen in class when you are clearly ignorant yourself.
Some people get BBLs to have a decent sized butt when they’ve had nothing at all or to match their shape. They don’t care too much about size. It’s supposed to be a lift not a blowup. Every butt enhancement surgery is being labeled as a bbl but there are a lot others.
