yes, closer to sand dunes were cheaper. almost 2 acres for the same price for less than half an acre.

BS propaganda, if folks would actually read, and investigate corporate media stories they just might find some facts and truth. Corporate media, like other businesses are about money. So they exagerate and write many falsehoods to get the EYES viewing their images or words. Also, in the case of Portland it was a target of con man trump. He targeted so called 'progressive' cities. It is what sociopaths do, they act crazy.

This is funny video. I moved to Klamath Area in 1971. My son was born there and I still have friends who live there and it other areas like Keno and Bonanza. Best thing that ever happened to me was leaving there in 1978.

I'm looking to buy land in the Klamath Co., area just not in the city of K.Falls and come spring I'll be out roaming around the countryside . I'm currently in Jackson Co. and have been in the area of Eastern Oregon and Klamath Falls camping and exploring .

Please be advised that during fire season , Klamath has some of the worst air quality in the country. There's a reason these are cheap, no one wants to be there.

I used the Shazam app to try to identify it. It said the song is " Full Grey Day" by Peggy Miller. I typed that into RU-vid, but i couldn't find anything. It seems like what ever videos were there have been removed.

Most of the "cheap" land is miles and dollars from power, and unless you have a fetish for working on power systems it is a pain in the ass. That also includes the water because, no power, no water! Roads and fire protection are also relevant issues. It can really snow in Eastern and Central Oregon, and no county road, lots of snow drifts, for months! It all sounds so adventurous until you have spent a winter in a rural area without power, water, and roads.

Hi Saphire. I would probably pick Harney County or Lake County. Do your research by calling those counties and finding out from their building departments, what types of land( Zoning) are right for what you are wanting to do. Then just find the right parcel and jump through the hoops. If you are wanting to farm or have lots of cattle, you will need water rights also.
