This potato peeler is like a household version of one that I used when I worked at a french fry stand at the NY State Fair back when I was 19 at the 1982 fair. The machine I used was more industrial type. It reminded me of a cement mixer with the spinning metal drum and then you would spray a hose into it while it spun.

Meme Bin well, the strength of a microwave depends on the light. There is no hot plate in a microwave, it cooks food from heat from a light. Taras' microwave might have a really bright light so the “micro waves”, hence the name, cook the food a lot faster.

Okay the potato peeler is totally unnecessary unless you are making huge meals. Like seriously, that thing is a MACHINE, and you have to wash it really well afterwards. It would probably end up taking longer than just using your standard peeler to begin with.

We used an industrial sized potato peeler machine similar to yours,to peel 50lb. bags of spuds for pierogi mash.While working at a Ukrainian frozen food company.We produced over 28,000 pierogies ,along with cabbage rolls,meat pies,and borscht per week.Lots of work but fun,and a learning experience being a Canadian with a Scottish/French background.✈

In Italy we use the Mashed potatoes to do "Gnocchi di patate", they are my favourite food 😍
