Phenomenal! I've been searching for days on a tut that does just this and makes 'glows' work for headlights and under vehicles. Brilliant! Second note: a tip I thought your were gonna go with was creating shooting stars on that milky way galaxy. Seems like that would be an easy add in.

I downloaded the new update and also have Sonoma on my Mac I do not see Neon and Glow in my creative tool.

Yes of course I have all I'm saying is that of all the things they could improve such as atmosphere, better masking tools, improve the tools currently present instead they add a toy feature of neon. this software has the potential of knocking out many competitors but always stops short.
