The gnome story is incomplete though, the whole town was scared because there were lots of children gone missing during this time. Some children would return inexplicably clean days later from being missing in the jungle saying they just went to hang out with the gnome for a bit.

Maybe alien encounter, abduction?? They say our perception of supposed reality changes over time by hindsight, at one time when people, small children went missing it was blamed on spirits, gnomes, elves & fairies & sprites. Us enlightened masses now know this to be fanciful superstition & myth. Find that preposterous & absurd, we now know if anything it must have been alien encounters, we know that, ....wonder what we,ll know for sure another few hundred years from now. Maybe when aliens discovered & we interview them asking if they abducted people in dark & middle ages they,ll say no, yeah a few times in the twentieth century but way back then, no not us. We might find out that it was interdimensional beings after all, shadow people, wraiths from somewhere else , parallel universe, back then & now it,s fine line between alien encounters or spooky dimensional beings carrying us off before & in last hundred years. Maybe same thing? Maybe aliens have beaming tech, where could snatch child in fifteen hundreds forest, bring them back to their ship, maybe even their home planet for few days, then to beam them back to same spot days later? Hence why the kid or kids would be in a dream like trance,state because of experience, maybe sedative type effect on them from their meds or tech. Coming back for these children would indeed be very disorienting & confusing, would amuse the adults with their far out story but dismissed over time as fairy tale nonsense. The gnomes, elves, goblins reported by them could be perhaps the Grey's or Green,s , or those tall goblin type aliens reported. The more we know, the more we don,t know for sure.

The only reason why that video is so grainy is because it's got night mode on with digital zoom, would of worked much better if they just shined a flashlight on. 3. Here is an unsolved Murder Mystery, that chills me to my bones. In 1974, 14 year old Margaret Ellen Fox decided to take a baby sitting job for a man named “John Marshall”. Margaret took the bus from her hometown of Burlington to Mount Holly, New Jersey. When Margaret never came home or even called, her parents alerted authorities to which they traced the phone where she had been called from a pay phone outside a store. Coincidentally, a manager from that store was named John Marshall, and police took him in for questioning, but he was released as they deemed him innocent. Police then started recording all calls for the Fox residents, a call was recorded that was just released a few years ago that stated "10,000 might be a lot of bread, but your daughter's life is the buttered topping." None more was ever released, though in the call, the caller sounded like a middle aged white male (according to my dad who is a detective). Since then there have been no more leads or suspects taken into custody, and while there have been many instances where people have thought human remains were Hers, further DNA testing have revealed they were of other people. Oddly enough, back in the day when my parent's were children in their small town in Zac. Mexico, there would be a lot of gnomes throwing rocks at people at night. The rock throwing stood out to me because my parents told us the exact same thing! Now that their town has an established light system they aren't seen as often, but back then since it was dark at night due to limited lighting they were spotted a lot. Crazy stuff.
My mom was born in Zacatecas too and then moved to Tijuana when she grew older. We all currently live in San Diego and other family members lives in Tijuana
Principito I’ve seen UFOs and especially one time I saw it upclose with my own eyes for about a year different occurances at night of the UFO would be everywhere when I was around 13 where I lived I lived on a canyon same with the other neighbors we all had a canyon view from our backyards. I live in Chula Vista and I’ve experienced weird things too so I believe you when you said your parents have seen gnomes. There’s just a lot we don’t know about this world tbh

The guy racing and disappearing is a pretty famous short story written in like the mid 1800's if I remember right. We read that in our short story class in uni, its called, "The Unfinished Race"

It's hard for me to believe they couldn't coax more details out of Larry, such as his surname and hometown, a description of the car he was traveling in (if not the exact make and model) or any recollection of landmarks they had passed en route. I think most children his age would be able to provide at least some of these.
@John Doe No no no, she is in the witness protection because she was a spy and people were out to kill her and she wanted a balcony because she needed a way to escape if someone were to enter her room. She is clearly highly trained in acrobatics and she was obviously scared for her life. I imagine she was in her early 30's or 40's. Those men following her are probably her bodyguards but I'm sure that she has a lot of people out to get her. The police obviously knew she was in the area and they didn't want to get involved with that stuff considering how complex it is. They told the guy to forget her because he'd also be killed if he got involved. She changed rooms a lot because she was paranoid about people knowing her location and she ordered the same thing because I'm sure she wanted to stay in shape.
@John Doe I imagine they were secret service from her home country's government meant to protect her. She obviously knew whoever was after her could get past the men.
The case has been reopened as of 2016 - after this video was made. The Norwegian authorities have at least managed to confirm that she was European, possibly French or German.
One thing I found interesting is that a lot of the 'gnome' footage is more than likely an anteater on its hind legs. They will stand up when threatened, and they have the shape of gnomes if it's blurry, especially if they are pointing their trunk up.

The story with the gnome is actually true. I know in some Latin American countries people would encounter these "gnome" creatures who are said to be evil spirits who like to throw stones and torment people, those said to be targeted are people who are "vulnerable" and hanging around abandoned evil places. A girl in my mom's town once was tormented by one of them it was really bad, also my uncle and his friends once encountered one and apparently according to them they tried to fight it but surprisingly they were really strong and it ended up almost killing them.

That guy that popped out of thin air happens all the time. I forget the name for it, but its an unexplainable phenomenon where something pops in and out of existence, theres two kinds: Where something pops out and pops back in at an unknown location. Theres multiple examples I have, There was a guy in a hospital that popped out and back in, inside the ceiling above his hospital bed. There was also a Plane that went over the Bermuda triangle and popped out and back in 100 miles away in Miami or some shit. The other kind which you heard here is when something just pops out of existence. This is super rare with living objects to do this. But uncommon for inanimate objects to do it. People drop things all the time and it never hits the floor. Its a very weird occurrence that does happen a lot.

The last one made me think the most tbh. The woman was very beautiful. She could have lived a comfortable life with a family and kids. Yet something made her travel across Europe incognito, possibly hiding from someone. What was she involved in? Was she a wanted criminal or a victim trying to get away or a spy? It's scary how her murderer(s) had her fingertips erased to make sure no one finds out who she was. And her identity was never found out. Did she ever had an identity, how did she get into this kind of life? She must have been someone's daughter once, went to school... and then what? Such a strange case, so many questions but we will never know the answer.
The woman story to me seems pretty simple; some kind of secret agent who either went rogue and was killed by her agency or was discovered by the agency of the government that she was infiltrating and was murdered by them.
I think it's the uncanny valley effect. It is believed that the uncanny valley effect is caused by being unable to interpret a potential threats intentions, there for being unable to recognize it as an actual threat. This causes a sense of unease that can sometimes be strong enough to trigger fight or flight. I say it's fine to run from it.
For number 1, She has been known as The Isdal Woman and is still unidentified. Most people believe she may have been a spy given the fact she use different names and requests different rooms.
I've had this happen to me several times when watching scary videos. My mind paints a picture of the content in these vidros and at that point im scared of falling asleep and having a night mare.

Ah yes,the town is scared and fearful of a gnome..a thing that is less than half the size of a human that a man of average strength can possibly break in 2 with relative ease. The caveat being that what if the gnome is just a puppet or a harbinger of something larger waiting to happen.
