Thanks for the great video! My wife and I are planning to come in April and visit a couple of permaculture projects then rent somewhere near the beach and then ultimately buy some land and start an off grid eco spiritual community. I am an entrepreneur and musician :)

what about kitesurfing. i know there is surfing, but want to move to where the conditions are good for kitesurfing. does it exist there

Kitesurfing isn't huge here but it does occur on the Atlantic Coast, as well as some of the lakes. If you google "Kitesurfing Nicaragua" there are a bunch of resources that pop up!

How bad is the rainy season

Not bad at all, typically the ground is wet in the morning then dry by the time you are leaving in the AM. Sun showers somedays, and a few heavy days, usually not consistent. Certain areas get more rain than others.

😢me sentí mal bro al ver tu comentario, tranquilo acá puedo asegurar que no existe el racismo y eso se debe a que aqui todos somos iguales sin importar nuestro color de piel, en la region norte hay mucha gente blanca de ojos verdes y azules, en la region pacífica mucho mestizo, blancos, negros de todo, y en la region del caribe la gente son afrodescendientes pero todos nos mezclamos y nadie ve como inferior al otro ❤

yes mosquitoes season after it rains but use protection you use rectangular mosquito net for bed at night if you have air condition in the house you should not have a problem .
