HI- I submitted this story - ( I will mention at the time I was 5 years old) of course the details of this were given to me by my mom and dad - obviously I only have bits and pieces of memory of this whole thing- my folks have now passed away. I think people in Leadville were worried about something happening to them - you have to keep in mind this was mid 70's - different time- often I think when people went missing it was usually assumed that it is because they want to be missing. We actually moved back to Texas after living there in town for one year.

@@akskathy thank you for explaining. But even if you did not get all the details of the events , still it was not looked into considering how it went on for some time. But even in this age and time too this kind of dismisals still happen in small towns. You guys were very lucky.

When we was play........some guy showed up in the bluff but he was more a hobo....,...he just looked at us and kept going.........he wore like ragged close ....he wasn't really dirty just old and tired .........alot of men rode the trains looking for job.............it was sad time here in this country.......end of world war 2..........this was the late fourth early 50.......but thanks to our groverment they created jobs.....roads bridges interstates.....houses .......thanks to these men our country was building and had abundance of jobs......these men now would be grandfather's......father's ........but we was told by our parents and grandparents to be careful where played......considering the Indians lived around us never seen skinwalkers......I guess we was lucky.......1 day I'll tell you about creeping in a haunted house me and girl friend.......the lady that lived there had been killed by throwing he into a furnace in the basement...,..maybe later👩‍🦳😥🌵 thanks for the great stories creep
