When you go to bed take a deep breath and say i am. As you exhale concentrate on relaxing and quieting the chatter. Repeat the process. Let your body regulate when you feel the need to exhale. Thoughts will creep in. Listen to those thoughts don't react to them. Just listen. Aftwr a few mins you will very relaxed. The point before you fall asleep is when you can communicate with guides. Give it a try. You have nothing to loose and everthing to gain.

I've resumed working on a drawing of the Notre Dame of Paris. The west and east side on one piece of paper. I've completed the front towers towards E.E.Violett-le-Duc's idea. It will be a stone by stone piece. That 369 made me remeasure my works. And indeed, I didn't intended to, but the completed front towers will be 36,9 cm long on paper. I'm in tears.

@@R.P.-hw2rq mental health is not at all being understood or found to be named as insane, the point I thought I was seeing here, is its glorifies those who find themselves spiritually touched cutting loose from old and secured lines with their kin. it is my understanding Tesla self knew his problem with OCD and that it did no good to his work or well-being.

@@R.P.-hw2rq I found some assumptions less useful and even possibly harmful when taken as such, given the example naming Tesla was maybe going a bit far but also glorifying the presentation (what did it accomplish exactly) I might add I am not a stranger with mental illnesses and being spiritually touched in my past, as well as knowing some whose families stuck by them, who at one time rebelled against these kin. whose survival (or others) would be in mortal danger would they have lost to keep a lifeline connected in difficult circumstances.

Ask them to come when you’re awake… during the middle of your day… all you have to do is just stop doing whatever you are doing no matter how busy you are, (make sure you’re not doing anything dangerous though lol) and you’ll see. Follow the main emotion oftje nightmare. Iteads to its root. Look when in all your life you've felt the same. Then look at it from your grown up perspective. Now you possibly can understand what you couldn't back then.ostly if the wound is from childhood. Be honest to yourself and don't blame you for not being able to understand back then or sooner. It'll possibly dissolve like a clog going away. Tou can do it, ytrust yourself and the desire to resolve what crate the movie of the nightmare. Good luck and take care friend😊
