2/2/24 10:10 am. Thank you so much for your Spirit lead teaching. My eyes were opened to why the teams I’m a part of feel controlled and why our excitement continually gets zapped. I now how to pray for our leader!
Many people simply assume that rising in ranks is the same as being a "leader". A leader will take on a senior role in an organization (sooner or later) but not all senior personnel are leaders! It is important to comprehensively understand the ‘mechanics’ of being a leader. Good talk. Food for thought for sure…
Funny... God gave me a team overnight, for tent crusades. I began to think how can I improve as a leader, found this video.. had no idea you were a Pastor- that blessed me 👍🏻
I'm not a leader or in a leadership position but the are lots of gems in this podcast with what i can relate and want to apply in my life! THANK YOU Pastor Craig ! 🙌🏼🙏🏼
Thank you for your empowering words. What stuck with me was when you stated that “You don't grow with more yes, you grow with more Noes.” From experience and from observing others, I've noticed in life that when people doubt you and tell you no, it motivates you and pushes you harder to be the best you can be.
I know the key to success for me is to have great routines and these routines become habits. routines take conscious thought habits are automatic. Thank you Craig for doing this podcast and thanks to all the people that listen to this to become better people.
Man I just want to say thank you so much for you having a discipline to do this for other leaders out there. This is my first time listening and really I'm just so thankful I just feel like what you touched on is everything I'm striving to be as a discipline leader that has a great big vision from God. Thank you Greg and for your heart and discipline to help us out.
I’m newly introduced to your Leadership Podcast, and I’m appreciative for an additional resource that supports our self-inquiry for personal growth and development. Daily health and well-being disciplines enable us to rightly set the course of our day. Preparedness measures early in the morning and later in the evening sharpen our business and personal skills; enabling us to confidently, and with clarity, communicate and support others by our adaptability, flexibility, understanding and sheer offerings of encouragement. Daily self-leadership disciplines are attribute assets that allow us to keep making forward strides, an important part of every relationship. P.S. Looking forward to conversation with world-renowned expert, Bob Goff, as a notable Leader in his own Life’s work and efforts, including his book, “Love Does” - an exceptional read and one of my all-time favorite books! 💕🙂🙌
I really love Pastor Craig Leadership Podcast. Ive been watching it for almost a year and it really helps me a lot with my leadership 💙 God bless you and your church Pastor Craig 🙏🏻
Thanks Craig - Super-helpful and timeless; looking forward to applying these first three steps in moving forward to a powerful and prosperous year 2022!
Thank you so much for these very salient and sound principles of success. As a campus administrator, I have taken so many nuggets from this message and added them to our Campus Improvement Plan!
Thank you Pastor Craig for this valuable information. I look to implement it at my place of employment as a Supervisor to lead a crew of 20 technicians. Again, Thank you!
Thank pastor, love the content. This should help me start somewhere as a leader in this new year. I think it's very important as leaders to work on ourselves before empowering others.
@@JorgeSilvestrini That is impressive! I actually have been trying to learn to sing using the videos here on youtube to learn from. haha I am currently a senior at Oklahoma State University finishing up my degree. After that, I plan on going to get my masters in Public Administration and when I turn of age I plan to run for Governor in Oklahoma! Other than being a student I house sit for friends and family or walk dogs to make an income. Nice to meet you!
Megan Riddell That’s great. Hope to meet the governor of Oklahoma in person one day! Apply what Craig has taught us today and go for it! If you are ever in Miami, come by and visit us at church.
Deeply substantial and amazingly practical actions, far from those 10-steps-to-anything kind of approach, the openness using personal examples gives even more credibility and legitimacy to the decisions and processes suggested. Congratulations!
