I was slowly getting to know a guy as a friend first, thinking we were building something. Then he started to go cold, distant and admitted he had a girlfriend he ‘wasn’t sure about’. I agreed to stay friends, but then felt like he was playing games as he was reaching out but then not following thru on things. So I told him the friendship wasn’t working for me. He apologized profusely and called to talk. We talked it thru a bit but it still doesn’t sit well with me. Super confusing. So I have him blocked now and am focusing on my life. I feel bad as we had agreed to be friends but it’s feeling unhealthy to me. Not sure what else to do/say?
If it’s feeling unhealthy, that’s probably your intuition trying to tell you something. To me, this sort of friendship sounds like a waste of your time and energy. Men in these types of situations often have MANY female “friends“ who are feeling the same way as you are right now. 💙
The man I've I guess been dating I've known for almost 13 years and he's been my best friend but I ended up marrying someone else before I told him how I felt about him but my husband left in Oct of last year and me and the guy started spending time with each other and in Jan I told him I think we should be together and he said he would think about it and a few weeks went past and he didn't say anything so I started talking to someone else but now that guy isn't in the picture and for almost 2 months now we've been spending at least 1 day during the weekend together and I told him about an event and sent him the event page and next thing I know I was getting a notification saying he's interested on the page and it's not until Sept. I feel like things are changing between us and moving into more but I'm not quite sure

@@Jess-wk5jo that's STILL cheating on your current relationship regardless of sex or no sex. It's a BETRAYAL of whatever love you had. Break it off completely with one you're with, because you don't deserve him.
