Hi Parmita, I have been blessed to catch your videos and I have been following your face yoga for the past 2 months, i am 66 years and people keep asking me if am 30 or 40 years nothing more than that I'm very Impressed at the quick results and never ever put my face yoga aside for anything, I wake up at 5 in the morning which is the best time.. I find the lip exercises very effective Looking at your beautiful face it pushes me to do all you have explained. Your are excellent in explaining..clever girl.
This was lovely. I LOVE facial yoga and at 55 I have done nothing invasive to my face What you eat is going to effect your skin. Also gut health is so important. since pandemic i drink boiled mixed herbs (slices of ginger-lemongrass-turmeric.. a bit o tamarind n javanese sugar.. (its like brown sugar)) almost everyday now.. it does boosts my immunity n also refreshing.. hopefully its good 4 my skin as well.. 😅

I do consume 80% of things u have said, which has improved my skin texture n also ur face massage techniques combined with facial exercises. In 3 months, I have seen a lot of improvement on my skin n I am happy to follow your remedies religiously. I only haven't consumed the Vitamin supplements u mentioned. I will definitely order it right away. I do take vitamin C, D3 with zinc, calcium, vitamin E, n fish oil capsules on regular basis. I take continuously for 3 months, give a gap of 15 days n again consume it for 3 months. It helps in balancing the body immune system, otherwise we will get depended on it. Hence giving a gap of 15 days to a month is extremely essential with supplements, or serums, or creams we are using. A lot of food has naturally occurring sodium. Check labels for processed food - too much salt. And adding extra the way many do isn't healthy. So while we need it, and you're so right, packing in extra salt isn't very smart.
