Hashtag Zoe I take a cotton pad and spray rubbing alcohol on it then wipe my phone with the pad pretty much always as soon as I get home ! 👌so my phone gets disenfected every day ✌ But obviously clean your hands before touching your face ! I just thought I would put this tip out there !

Whoa.... I will admit I have done this if I have an early day or something but only a few times before esp by accident if I was just too tired and fell asleep. but goodness every day!?!?! Does she have acne? Every time I did that I would always end up breaking out a few days later which is why I never fall asleep with makeup on anymore I just feel gross going to bed without using my clarsonic LOL!

I've been using creams forever, however what I learned in this video is I had no idea that the price of Clinique could be affordable at least I thought that's what you said Kandee. And if you love it and your skin looks so good I'm going to try it. I don't eat candy bars but I need my chocolate fix so I eat a Atkins bar that has chocolate in it. Love you xoxo

I use this little sponge thing in a little tin can (essentially, an overpriced kitchen sponge) since I don't have time to wash every brush I use everyday, I just use this to go in between colors! it's the best thing I've ever bought (and yes, I do clean my brushes thoroughly once a week, I just don't have time to everyday. I clean my beauty blenders daily though 😃)

I never thought of washing my hands after using my cellphone. I have been exfoliating my skin several times a day, it does help your skin to be smoother then makeup looks better. Another fun video! I love you Kandee! 💋

Starsofneon I keep a spray bottle with alcohol in it and a box of tissues at my vanity....I use it for my phone, nail tools, my metal mixing pallette....and sanitizing packaging or whatever I need sanitized!
I get hormonal acne and no face wash or products seem to work to get rid of something that is not due being dirty. :( I wash my face and makeup tools daily and had perfect skin, my routine never changed and now in my 30's i have acne again.. Just wanted to mention this for any young girls who think they have acne because they are not clean enough.. :)

Melissa Yellou I had adult acne and it turned out to be an ovary cyst. I had that taken care of and my skin looked much better. I ocasionally have breakouts before my period and I love Mario Badescu's drying lotion and Silver powder and also Odacite's pimple serum. Lots of health to you!
Hi Melissa, have you been fully investigated for cysts, fibroids and endometriosis? Have you had blood work done on your oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone levels? x
Melissa Yellou it's not always about being clean on the outside but rather clean on the inside. try cutting out dairy and eggs out of your diet and if you're brave enough even meat. this cleared up my skin and i only use water to wash my face in the shower :)
Useful tips! I usualy clean my skin, exfoliate and moisturize it before I go to bed so in the morning my face is ready for make up. And yes, I do wash my hands before applying make up (even during the make up)and I clean my brushes right after I use them when I'm not in a hurry.

Thank you the only steps I followed was washing my face and my brushes and bits lol, but for the last week iv followed it all, and my skin says thank you. I can't believe how good it's felt and looked, my pores look so much better, and I'm doing it every day regardless, I love your tips and apparently so does my skin xx

That's so crazy because many dermatologists say to exfoliate- it's what sloughs off the dead skin! ha ha ha Everyone has an opinion! They even do the rolling treatments that micro-scratch your skin so that your skin goes into repair mode to make skin look better....All I know is I've been exfoliating EVERY SINGLE DAY since I was a teenager and I think it's been the key to making my skin look great! 20's 30's and a baby My esthetician told me to stop moisturizing and my skin looks soooo much better. My mom never moisturized until her 50s and her skin is better than mine
I use a 1% BHA chemical exfoliator. For myself, I would not use a physical scrub. I've read that the chemical ones do a better job of exfoliating and without the irritating abrasion of physical scrubbing. Also, I have Rosacea, so I try to minimize irritation. But, hey, if someone can present strong peer-reviewed evidence that physical exfoliation is better or less irritating, I'm all ears.

I love using Origins Ginzing energy-boosting moisturizer, it smells good and feels like water. My makeup always looks awesome after using it, and you only need a pea sized amount for your whole face!

My favorite thing that I learned is, I'm not the only one who finds washing a beauty blender, satisfying. lol Just kidding, it was the Hyaluronic acid. I really need to start adding that, or another acid to my routine. I have the moisturizing down pat. And my favorite candy bar.. that's hard... Today.. it would have to be an Almond Joy.

I love the Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion! I got a sample of it from Sephora and went and purchased it! I also like the Moisture Surge Intense for Very Dry skin. I mix in a facial oil with them because my skin is just that dry and my dermatologist recommended I add facial oils to my moisturizers both am and pm!

I love a good baby ruth or twix, especially after they are frozen or really cold. the caramel and nougat have such a different texture that I just love after being frozen or cold

I found the whole video helpfully honestly, but most helpful is how you clean your beauty blender and brushes and how long you let products absorb into your skin prior to applying makeup. My favorite candy bar I really like the Midnight Milky Way.

I know you have to hydrate your skin, but the items you used are new to me. I will definitely be trying them. I have rosacea so I have to be careful of the things I use on my face, hopefully these won't irritate my skin. Also, my favorite candy bar is probably a resee's egg, or anything that has chocolate and peanut butter.
I love the clinique moisturizer too!! I use the gel though and its so lightweight and plumping!! majority of the time you can moisturize free with clinique because they always give great freebies lol
Love you so much, Kandee! But Girrrrlllll what about the SPF?! The quickest way to look like a haggard old prune is to not slather on physical sunscreen! Heck, chemical sunscreen is better than nothing. I've learned the hard way through skin cancer scares, hyperpigmentation, freckles and moles. Also, wear polarised lenses in sunglasses to help with wrinkles around your eyes, and be fancy with a hat on your head. Skin cancer is the quickest way to have WAIDWBIPMMO!
Favorite thing: use lip balm before the melted matte long wear lipstick! I actually may need extra advice..because....I have excema on my lips(true atopic dermatitis) and, the cracking is super hard for me! I try lip balm on top too...I'm such a klutz then it just smears all over! But ill try again. Ill go for the Heath bar too. But snickers is a life saver sometimes!
I think it's a tie between Milky Way and Hershey. And because of you I have a Treat Lip Balm addiction. One in my purse, one on my night stand and I feel the need to order more. I love them!!
