Bhai Ji. Big salute. I quit completely. Don't care pre post. No one explained it like this so we kept on going. So no more smoking. I use to lag on post workout meals but not anymore.
Mera post workout hai Protien Liquid, aur oats and 1 fruit, Lunch hai 2 chapati, sabzi, salad, chaach, evening snack hai chana ya roasted, ya pineapple ya koi juice, aur dinner hai vegetable saute or vegetable soup, or only daal. Pure vegetarian diet hai. Sahi hai?

Hello Sir! I'm huge fan yours and i need help, I'm 5.11 with 96 Kgs i started workout almost a month ago i do intense workout almost 45-60 minutes daily but i feel weakness (not during workout), i feel tyred and fevered at night and in the morning, please guide me am i doing something wrong? even i had left fast food and sugary foods&drinks, i eat 2 egg whites daily, also take veges and fruits but i still feel weekness
I appreciate your efforts and your decision to be fitter. Its natural to feel tired for everyone who works hard in the gym everyday. You need to focus on a few things: 1. Have enough protein so your muscles get recovery. You need minimum 96gm of protein everyday. 2. Divide (roughly) your daily protein intake to all the meals through out the day OR simply target to have some protein in every meal. 3. Avoid simple carbs like rice & potato (& sugary drinks). But you can combine it in a whole meal like "dal, rice, curd" all in one meal. 4. Don't each too much at once, heavy meals make us slow. Good Luck!

Quinoa, Soyabean, Soy Milk, Tofu are some good affordable veg protein sources. Other than that you can have paneer, milk, peanut butter, cheese, sattu (rosted chickpea powder), curd/yogurt but these also have good fats and some carbs. Good Luck!
