My K/D was at .40 first time playing COD since MW3 but after watching some of your vids and tips got me back on track now I'm at around 0.92...i do much better in team DM & domination than some of the other modes.
@@HeyItsNick I feel your pain. My kd on bf5 and bf1 was both over 2.5 but every since bf 2042 and now mw2 I can’t pick the server I want to go in so a lot of games there putting us in servers with higher pings which is also messing are gameplay up…
I'm a 57 year old Grandpa of 13 and have been playing CoD for years !!! My KDR is .50 !! I like to play for fun but would like to get better !!! I watched my soon to be soninlaw get a over 3.00 on a rough map !!! It doesn't help that I have a moderate case of ADHD on top of that !!!
If you actually looked up this video you are so unbelievably fucked when it comes to performing well, especially with friends. No amount of setting changes or movement techs will make you better than just practicing
I'm at 1.28 atm but that's not helped by the sbmm after I have 1 good game and it puts me in those match in progress lobbies where every player is a 4kd with every streak in the air and you can't move one step from your spawn.
My kd is definitely lower in this then other games because I always play the objective and take one for the team. When im in TDM im definitely over 1.0
as long as it doesn't negatively affect your life out of the game, that's pretty cool, I've got 1.89kd but I spent way too much time playing during the pandemic
As a PC player I really appreciate you mentioning how broken the ami assist is. I can’t tell how annoying it is to see a console player do a 360 and automatically snap to me and 2 shot me
.78 KD I keep dying I have my games I do well and go positive but I find myself going negative more often. Gonna try these tips out hopefully they help.
I've been above a 2K/D pretty much through all COD titles from the original Modern Warfare to Vanguard. MWII is the only game that's a clusterf*ck garbage game where you can beam someone's forehead with an AR and still get one-shot with a marksman rifle. I'm currently at 1.45 and can't even budge because of shitty SBMM. This game literally doesn't allow people to simply enjoy the game. It's built to make everyone become a f*cking sweatmaster with rage issues.
1.35 k/d this game but remember this cod is true kill/death not KDA average like past cods. If you check your true K/D in other cods your true k/d would be lower than your KDA.
0.98 anyone else love camo/attachment grinding?! 🤬. Just as a side note - has anyone experienced while camo-grinding, completed challenge tasks not counting? Eg: get 10 double kills with the Vel - was on my last one and during the match I got (2) double kills and the completion message never came up. Sure enough when I checked, it was still 9/10.
Currently grinding out camos, so thought screw it K/D doesn't matter on the road to Orion, so currently sitting at a neat 1.00 with 2369/2365, so like 1.001 or something like that, so from that amount of kills, clearly I'm not far in the grind, currently working on my 6th AR, and have got another 3 SMGs, was focusing on SMGs first, but needed to level up my ARs to unlock an SMG so thought I'd do them first
My kd is .88. Wish I could get above 1 but when I play domination or hardpoint I get paired with idiots that just run around tyring to get kills and the other team actually plays the game mode as a team every time and I get out gunned by multiple players lol
Please dont laugh 😂... Im at 1. 03 mate! I was a 1.6 in VG But Im loving the camo grind, point blanks are a tad tough with high ttk but I feel gringing camo's and increasing your kd is very hard to do at the same time, atleast for me Cheers everyone!
Agreed......knowing the weapon can/will be better with said attachments and fully tuned out.....and you gotta grind diff guns for said attachments.........that KD gonna stuffer
First cod in 10 years my kd is .93 because I’m having hard time not playing aggressive and camping more because that isn’t my play style. I would say that if you’re an aggressive player and are thinking of buying this game. Don’t save your money and get a battlefield game.
Rotational aim assist is bullshit and doesn’t belong in games. Aim slowdown is all controllers should have. This shit was literally made as a full and broken counter to A-D-A-D strafing by PC players once cross play became a thing. Even Scump said you literally don’t have to aim anymore. The AI aims for you. Rather than it being a counter to PC strafing, it makes controller input ridiculously superior. Without it, the two inputs would be balanced when facing each other. Micro control over strafing while aiming and tracking via acceleration on controller vs flicking/tracking on mouse and key without micro control over strafing. MnK has to micro adjust their shot with the mouse (aiming input). Controllers have to micro adjust their shot with a combo of the movement input and the aiming input paired with aim slow down while on target. Fine control over directional movement is one the benefits of using a control. On MnK, it is all or nothing. Push A and you immediately move at the full speed. Lift your finger, you stop. Using your lateral movement to aid in tracking is not nearly as accurate on MnK as it is on controller. But, a mouse is more accurate than an analog stick could ever hope to be on its own. That said, when you combine fine movement control and aim slow down, analog stick aiming can easily compete with PC. That is NOT what rotational aim assist does. Rotational aim assist buffs controller input to a ridiculous level. And due to the way it works, it is obvious that the developers know very well what the benefit of a controller is-fine strafing control and using that to help adjust/keep shots on target. This shit grants even more sticky as shit aim assist to players who strafe while shooting. How can anyone who understands the mechanics of these two inputs claim with a straight face that this sets an equal playing field? Devs want anyone to be able to pickup a controller and be able to do well with it without much need to practice hours upon hours like we all did back in the day before this existed. More players means more revenue. Then the maps are designed so the vast majority of engagements are within range of this mechanic to prevent what MnK players typically do to avoid rotational aim assist in games like Apex Legends-use range to your advantage. Because honestly, a remotely competent controller player can shit on a very high skilled MnK player in close quarters especially if there’s no movement skill gap to take advantage of. And that MnK player would typically shit on anyone who pushed them in close quarters. Sure, ranged tracking is a huge benefit on PC, but being able to snap to a head in close quarters with accuracy on a big target makes MnK just as competitive in close quarters as any other input. Rotational aim assist needs to be removed from all games entirely. Controller players should have to master their input just like all of us did back in the day and like PC players who spend hours and hours aim training to reach a high level of skill on MnK. Either remove it or create a skill gap with movement mechanics so some Timmy playing on an old magnavox tube TV can run at me and literally hose me down though I get the first shots off. All he has to do is strafe left and right and slightly bump his aim stick up to my head. He doesn’t have to aim at all hardly where I am tracking his strafe nearly perfectly hitting my shots. Bam I’m dead anyways. It is normal to miss bullets when tracking a moving target while you are also moving. Not zero people like it isn’t shit.
Think they’re gods using control when ai does all the aiming for you. MnK is all skill and precision no doubt. Everyone now is just a bunch sweaty wannabe chads using aim assist calling it skill
@@jackrussell7014 a good controller player pre rotational aim assist was a different kind of monster. I have a friend who plays this cod with aim assist turned off and fries on a 50 inch tv. Scump and many of the COD pro’s are incredibly skilled with this input. I would never say controller requires no skill and pc requires more. It’s two different approaches with different strengths and weaknesses. BUT THIS SHIT isn’t aim assist. It is the equivalent of giving a MnK player the old version of aim assist slowdown. You’re buffing the strengths of the input which is pinpoint accuracy by ensuring after the flick, shots stay on target as long as the player doesn’t pull too far off target. In the gaming world, something like that on MnK would be called what? Low FOV aim bot with a high smoothing setting because that’s what it would be.
My guns are trash I know I am not good at the game but dam i aim and it a 1/4 inch off o shoot a shotgun at point blank range and I get killed. I need to get better guns and or level up the ones I have
Here's a big tip don't buy anymore of this crap until they sort the fkr out..360 days and ghost probably the last of the good times being in same lobby and games with good and bad gamers didn't matter because we had a laugh with each other.
The aim assist when moving is supposed to do that. You get rotational aim assist if moving your feet as long as you are using default or black ops. Focusing and precision have stronger aim slowdown but no rotational
@@jackskidmore7975 under advanced controller settings tgeir is standard , black ops, precision and focusing as aim assist options. Xclusive ace tested tge settings back in cold war and it was the same in vanguard. Focusing and precision are always like that. Stronger slowdown but no rotational. Usually thats good for sniping, everything else standard/black ops is best
@@onearmedwolf6512 thanks appreciate the reply. don’t suppose u know the difference between standard and black ops? i use precision and linear personally
You want to use dynamic with default until u learn the aim assist then switch to black ops and make sure your moving sideways while shooting cuz it greatly increases assist
