9 months and probably his high chair. He doesn't like his activity center much anymore but if I need to do dishes while he's awake, I can sometimes put him in his highchair with a couple toys and it works so well. But also, we have this really cool fisher price stacker that can be stacked two ways and turn into balls and he loves it.
I really appreciate that you don't just talk about expensive and trendy baby gear; you mention where you spent money and why, but you also talk about inexpensive or free items that do a great job. It's so nice to hear that babies don't just need thousands of dollars of stuff.
Baby carriers are an essential for us too! We love our ring sling, so helpful for super quick ups. My boy is 7.5 months so I love watching Rowan grow as a preview to where my guy is heading next!
I can't support the touchless thermometer tip enough!! I tried to follow all the recommendations of getting an old-school one that you put under the armpit, but as soon as the first fever hit, I realized it was just not going to work. Get a touchless thermometer and save yourself and your baby the literal headache!
my mum is adamantly against jumpers no matter if jolly or these to sit inside (as though I would leave her in the jumper for hours and hours every day, geez) and it's kinda ruining it for me because I don't want to deal with the whole discussion. Also yes to baby carriers, couldn't do without
word of warning, don't use the Scout for airports.. sets off the alarm at the security walk through and you then have to take your baby out of the sling
My son just turned 6M yesterday! I was debating an activity center/ jumper but think I will cave and also the hatch since we are going to start sleep training. Do you have an updated night routine?
It’s not a wrap, it’s a full carrier! I know it’s pricey but it’s soooooo worth it! You can get them used for cheaper too, if you’re going to splurge on one thing, I would definitely say it should be a carrier. Even more than a stroller in my mind!
