My only advice aside from these steps, is to always TRY to adjust, dont be that guy that only want to play that one single hero like a jungler for example and ur one other ally also wants to jungle, to deal with this, try to get into a discussion with them and get into an agreement on if u or the other ally will be the jungler (this is if ur willing to adjust [which u should]), and if the ally agrees for u to jungle and u say ur thanks back to them, it’d atleast help boost the team morale by just a small-margin xD but if they disagree and still wants to pick jungle, then thats ok, pick the role ur most comfortable with other than jungle repeat this step if other allies also want to fill in that role xD Its never easy if u cant get to play ur role, but atleast its always worth a try to ask :3 _oh and also dont forget to show ur winrate with the hero to increase ur chances xd_
@@Umar092 u can tell who’s more prominent to use them by looking at their total matches with the roles, u can decide from there if u want to or not let them tank
When u realize beatrix is the only hero who is pretty great with all the 3 strategies Bennett + niburu in team fights Wesker / Renner for pick ups Wesker / Renner for split push
@@EveRhiii killing enemy heros pretty quickly/ambushing enemy heros Candidates for this composition are High burst damage heros or CC HEROS OR high attack speed heros
When playing solo Q, it can be hard to employ a good drafting strat because of the limited time (and sometimes language barrier). I often see cases where Player 1 says they want to use Fanny but don't want to go first (in case enemy picks Khufra). Most of the time, either no one offers to swap places or someone makes a poor pick in a panic because they're forced to make a decision with 3 seconds left
It's almost like Moonton assumes you already have a squad and that you have a plan to begin with. They only give you like 25-30 seconds (can't exactly remember how long it is because it goes by so fast) to pick and choose, while in pro plays they get 1-2 minutes or even longer.
as a low glory, i gotta say the last point was very helpful, i usually just pick whats needed and best pick in my opinion but i never considered different play strategies in draft, i do think about it during the game tho, but still very helpful tip👍
Well this is the perfect way how all youtubers should guide the players. Best video i've ever seen..other than pro league analysis of gemik. I hope people watch more of such videos and focus on objectives rather than going all out for just kills
I started as a tank since a friend of mine suggested me to learn this to get a better read on the battle, until I eventually learned how to play different roles. Only heroes I can't play properly are Ling, Fanny, Karrie, Claude, Grock, Yi Sun Shin, Lancelot, and Kagura and I'm still trying to learn them.
Your only heroes you don't know how to use yet, requires some long playing with them (especially jungler role and MM like claude) since all of them have differing playstyle from each other AND they have also unique rotation than their other role equivalents😊
@@Valome_Virtual_Gravedigger Agreed, that's what I've noticed too, some heroes have similar playstyles and strategies which can be adapted from previous heroes used, like learning Layla gets you prepared in using Hanabi , Bruno, and Lesley with ease. But I can't use the knowledge fully for the heroes mentioned. Fanny is a given that the cable play needs to be consistent in order to use her at her best. They definitely need more time in learning.
Another thing I learned is that when draft picking heroes, #1 Either you further strengthen your team's strength (ex. All damage capable, no tank) or #2 Compensating for your team's weakness like what was mentioned on #1 on the video (at least 1 or 2 damage-sustaining heroes). Sure even when whole team are squishy all-damage heroes but when right targets are prioritized it will yield better results- btw, this strat is common on 5-man teams with good comms and skills. However, this strat too is unforgiving, one mistake can lead to an early game loss. A pick that can compensate your team's weakness is ideal and more forgiving since it leaves more rooms for mistakes compared to the first strat I mentioned.
It's a good nerf on her to make her more balanced. She can still wipe out an entire team when you have careless enemies especially in lower ranks. More about that tomorrow 😉
if you wanna see what adjustment looks like, mpl is the perfect place for you, i know, i always talk about it, but it’s honestly one of the best if not the best tool to rank up. it covers far more stuff that i can possibly list, you don’t even have to like a team, i just watch them for the sake of understanding how their mechanic work. + they are your ticket to the meta heroes cheat sheet.
Awesome video, it's my 20+ from your channel. I am minotaur main and in this video you are showing 60+ heroes without him. Didn't hear anything for him in any video yet - will be amazing to see something 🎉❤
5 and 6 is the reason why I'm using Hylos more in my matches. He's tanky af and most stubborn player's favorites are squishy damage dealers. If they're really trolling and not picking a retribution spell, you can sub in as jungler. You also can play as sidelaner if forced to. As roamer, you actually have access to two strategies, teamfight and surprisingly pick off, especially with twilight armor equipped. You can try split pushing, but the ult is quite short and cooldown is a bit too long The biggest disadvantage is you really need a decent damage dealer teammate, so it's not really a good pick for soloQ. His attack range is also quite small
In my opinion the draft NEED: 50%-50% magic and physical dmg because it will be more dificult for enemy to counter u with items, you need to have CC (for example if u have Chang e and Lesley in ur team u CAN T pick Guison. You will have a lot of dmg but if u are stuned u can t use it in ur advantage), if other team pick mage u need to pick a mage too (a counter if u have a good champion pool and a champion who can be counered not that easily because u will have the upper hand) + is recomanded to pick a champion who can counter multiple heroes that enemy's picks. My english is not that good but i wanted to help other players with my advieces❤
Damn! That was some advanced shit 🔥... Now I am convinced We need a Coach Nico on our side to win 😂 And Btw, no need to be scared of picking fanny, when the enemy khufra is noob like me 😂(always misses)
Can you please make more in depth guides like Wan Wan? That guide was really good and convinced me to play wan wan and more guides like that would be appreciated
Both Fredrinn and Edith have multiple roles and compositions that can fullfil even the missing one(s), which is both my favorite heroes and great idea.
Yesterday only i was explaining these things to a newcomer friend of mine🤣🤣...now i can share it to him so that he can understand it more clearly. Thanks for making it easy for me🤣😅
I try to be fighter most of the times, have seen a video from you saying the best fighters for solo, bought Thamuz a few days ago, before i never cared for him, but oh boy, how i regret taking so long to buy him... He helps a lot, i only have problems when enemie team have 2 or 3 cc heroes
This is a good guide and more players need to see this. But sometimes adjusting handicaps the team. Like when they adjust to be the tank or exp laner and they end up doing badly because it's not their main hero or role. Or they don't know how to roam and rotate effectively. I hate it when that happens. That's why I think they should have just stick to heroes that they are confident playing and be an asset to the team. Balance in a lineup will increase the chances of winning but it still depends on how you play during the match.
When I'm in a 5 man team we always do the pick off strat without even knowing because me and the mage would always gank the lane that has the more late game potential ex. we have a EXP argus we'll just keep ganking his lane so he can farm, I remember being asked by the opposite team "why me"
6:34 if the enemy team picks Diggie it doesn't necessarily mean you can't pick Tig or Atlas. You just have to play it very smartly, either by trying to focus Diggie to force his ult or bait him into using his ult. Unless the enemy team has a tank (y) fighter they most likely are missing a front liner. So this gives you, the tank player, the advantage of dictating when the fight starts. They most likely don't want to initiate a team fight, so they are looking for single kills.
I main Diggie i know what you're talking about 😀 i play mind games with enemy roamers who gonna ult first 😀 that's why i have purify+ult so i can double escape and bait the enemy
This is why in classic, even if you dont want to, always try other roles. I used to hate gord but now that i tried him, i really like him. I even made vids about him. Just try whatever, because you never know what hero you would like. Now thx to this, i can adjust to everything
I've been playing Mlbb since 2017 and reach mythical glory 800 points after all those years. I would say, this is the best tips I've ever seen. I learned alot for this lesson. My bonus tip to other players to finally reach MG is to expand your hero pool, which is a great advantages on when and how to pick your heroes to counter enemy draft perfectly.
actually guinevere tank build + atlas roamer + lunox/vale combo is the greatest for me. with the help of guin's passive, we can actually cc the whole enemies in 4 - 5s, and my mages just use all of their skill to finish it off.
Team fight strat is the best! The map is so small it's easy to force team fights. The other 2 strats can be overcome with map awareness and careful positioning while team fights are a sure thing.
And it is almost unstoppable too Honestly if you win a teamfight you'll still be able to push the nearest lane. The enemy team will always be at least one man down as that person will be away pushing, often the main damage dealer. Depending on how well you destroyed the enemy team you might even score a couple of towers. It's why the current ban-or-pick heroes generally do great at teamfights
Only problem, not every soloQ player can engage in team fights efficiently. I especially hates playing with taxi in soloQ often time they run off and hit head first into enemy team and i cant keep up with his speed to do follow up. Ranks just reset and that doesn’t help at all
2:13 Lapu-lapu can clear lane fast with his 1st skill, soak more damage with his passive and enhanced 2nd skill, and inflict insane damage with his enhanced ultimate while also get immune to CC within its performance at the same time 😎. The way Lapu-lapu pushing turret seems small but also effective for somehow, such as casting his ultimate to gain more damage to his basic atk. 😉
Ehh, not really. Counter him with an Esmeralda, Dyrroth, or a Uranus, then they'll outsustain you both in lane and in a teamfight. Lapu's greatest weakness is the fact that he's extremely weak and prone to poking against sustain tank heroes. Oh, and he doesn't have the mobility to disengage either nor cut lanes and do flank maneuvers.
@@rennakamura4889 Not gonna lie, but at least, you politely mentioned about his cons. But don't worry, I have more heroes to use, and I also play Classic more times just to play and master with them, regardless of my rare play at Rank due to same reason 😅.
Yeah, back then, I was the a$$hole player who always want to main just one hero in one role even if other already pick it. Now, I try my best to widen my hero pool list. I'm quite good at mid, gold and exp lane but still struggle in roaming and especially jungle (because if you're suck, you're 100% get trashtalk Xd) Good video like always!😘 Also how do you feel about the wanwan ult nerf?
Please Nico Make QAndA video again With your joke's 😂 It make my day (Request: please roast lol players When I watch lol vs mlbb video The comments are filled up with lol roasting mlbb players...
Js and beatrix is a great combo cuz with the shotgun u can a kill after js crashes into a hero then with the sub machine gun u can use it for when theres more than 1 hero i got a triple kill when i did this with js basicly js and beatrix is op
!!!PLEASE HELP!!! I can play only a few fighters and tank. Yu Zhong, tarizla, khufra, hylos, lapu lapu . I am hanging in "Legend 4" for a long time. Help me with a solution, please.
One more tips, if you are the first pick take hero that has no counter eg, lylia, claud, kagura, lunox, Beatrix, brody, clint, thamuz, dyroth, feredrin etc...
One tip: if your teammate shows layla with below 40 wr, ban layla, then immediately show the hero you want to ban. The player will think that you want to use the hero you show but in reality, it's just to trick them in not banning the hero you will actually use. This strat made me win some matches.
not gonna lie most of my teammates wont check which lane i am going to use when im going to use ruby and they seriously want me to play as a tank role when i want to play as exp laner because they didnt check the pre-lane in the draft pick selection
One thing in 2:16 just look at there pick and say it ,do they look like they are legend at pushing so in this situation u need to pick a pushing hero mostly I will choose sun for it Or u can use zilong or balmon of course if the enemy pick is suck you could just pick it. Balmon is the best in roaming and exp so you can pick it And for fanny, if your enemy pick fanny you need to pick edura most likely fanny attack your jungler buff so you need to support him and don't forget to buy roam boot of course. Sun+ moskov
Natalia previously was more of a roamer, now she's almost a pure jungler for her +50% dmg against creeps, and her invisibility is no longer suitable for quick assassinations, but for sweeping. but when i pick Nata to be a jungler, my kiddie teammates would just "what a noob, Nata is a roamer, let me jungle, noob!", obviously they never cared to read update notes.
As a YSS main, it's sometimes funny how people assume he's the core immediately. I use him at MM or Exp roles, and he does both roles good at certain instances.
Theres also the : pure back door strat where u pikc a hero and focus on only pushing turrets and not getting team fights or ambushing Heros like: natan argus sun pop and kup aulus masha
Something I like to do is always pick heroes with diff atk to my jungler, if he has a magic dmg hero I pick a physical one and if physical I go magical.
I bought chou now cuz he's one of my favourite heroes, who should I buy next?I want a fighter OR assassin,I have a few characters in my mind, yin dyrroth,I want a character that doesn't use mana and their skills don't cause mana or energy
man my teammates should really see this video 🗿 i go solo q rank and almost evry match S3/S4 once they show their hero there is no turning back .... forget about counter they will pick it anyway
In the PH server mythic V is like You got the pro enemy and team like ur on mythic 2 or you could have the worst enemy's that doesn't even know how to counter build which is the most basic knowledge in the game
