Got me with ‘Easy’ today… 🙋🏻♀️ I noticed you were using the Philly cream cheese right away and when you commented why ya didn’t go with Great Value for the cheesecake I related to that, I do the same thing. When food prices first started going up, I saw an article about the ten fastest growing food products and Great Value Cream Cheese was one of them. ✔️

Valerie - your recipes are amazing! Thanks for sharing them! I saw a video recently for a foolproof way to grease a bundt pan that works every single time! (sorry I can't recall who posted it). No sticking cake and way better than just spraying or flouring the pan. Mix well - 1 part softened butter, 1 part shortening, 1 part flour. Use a pastry brush to coat the pan and all those crevices. Releases perfectly! Keep the leftover mixture in a covered container in your pantry and use as needed. Try it!
I make the Heath cake for birthdays but use crumbled up butterfingers instead and a chocolate cake mix. and drizzle on chocolate as well as the bit of caramel we call it holy cow cake.
