These horns arrived with great finish, yet non-functioning. We cleaned and adjusted the contact points for best overall sound. Tuning electric horns can be quite a bit more work- as the metal diaphragms are made of different thickness materials that dedicates their individual Hi-or Low note sound. the the pitch of sound after point adjustment are OK with our customer--so we left them OK as arrived- without major surgery.
