I don't typically watch, watch reviews on RU-vid as I prefer to read them. So by the time I stumble upon them here, they're not necessarily old news but probably more like middle aged news, kinda like I am. I'm more of a look for answers to questions kind of guy. However, I knew nothing of these brands apart from CW and Longines so I appreciate you for taking the time to introduce them to me /us as they're quite intriguing. So, thank you!

Great picks with Pikulik and Fears. I can attest to the white dial Fears Brunswick 40 being the pick of the bunch. It’s a matte silver dial, but the matte finish is achieved with micro-guilloche that can’t be seen with the naked eye. It’s an accumulation of small details that makes it spectacular in-person.

I was just on the Christopher Ward website today and the Bel Canto is taking deposits for delivery in December of 2023. I ordered a Moonglow for delivery in April a few months from now. I'll check out the Longines chronometer. Good video.

I have a Longines Hydroconquest and love it. It's my every day watch. I put a down-payment on a CW Bel Canto and can't wait to wear it. Tom Petty was right.....the waiting is the hardest part

On the list for a CW Bel Canto in Cielo.Will get a delivery date end Jan.A cheap alternative to the Crazy Balls would be Mr Jones Watches.They are clever ,fun and cheap enough for a child as well.All the best.

Hey... Please check out SYE watches from France.. They have a unique concept where they give their customers chronographs with an option of upto 3 straps along with a tool to unscrew the straps... SYE stands for start your engine

Thanks for the kind words! I don't think you can pick up a Pikulik watch for that price. They're much more expensive than where they started. And you'll need to message them on Instagram directly to enquire about the availability and pricing.

Blok is cool but pretty pricey for a kids watch. I feel like there are a lot of other options for kids whose parents can’t drop $179 on a watch they may or may not wear a ton.

Blok is a cash grab. rather get a baby g and set a timer. kids who can read time can easily use gshock functions too.

I agree in terms of durability gshock is still unbeatable. But even as a kid, I kinda got bored of gshocks. And there really hasn't been any other option in terms of quality until now.
