Once I've submitted a proof of address to lest say Relay, can I cancel my address service provider or will Relay ask for it in the future?

As a non-resident multi-member LLC (B2B SaaS) registered in Delaware or Wyoming, we want to use a Virtual Mailing / Business Address of another state, only to display on the website, with no physical presence or office activity there, e.g. California or Atlanta (sales are within the economic nexus threshold). Do we need to register as a foreign LLC and any other formalities related to this? Thanks

Im planning to be in new york on november via b1/b2 visa, and i want to open bank account from bank of america or chase for personel usage and for investing in the us. First: I have a question before I open a company with you. I want to know information about taxes in detail so that I can know and understand what to do for the money that I pay you. What are the forms that we must submit to the IRS for a limited liability company that is not resident in America, and for an individual? One? If I get proof of personal address to open a personal bank account, and then get a bank statement and use it to open my business account, does the business address in the Articles and EIN need to match my personal address in the bank statement?

hi, since I have relatives in the US, can my relative accompany me when I visit Chase or any local credit union branch and bring his/her utility bill in their name and inform the bank personnel that I live with them in that address? or do you recommend that I get a postpaid line first under my name?

Yes if you don't have a US personal address it will typically be an issue

I'm in the UK with a US (Florida) based LLC. Yesterday I finally (after many weeks of back and forth with the IRS - you really do have to keep bugging them.) got my EIN number and was able to open a business bank account with Mercury using my registered agent address and my UK home address. No issues opening the account this way and it literally got approved in minutes. Just to see if I could, I tried the same information with Relay and it wouldn't let me use the registered agent address with a UK home address, it wanted a US residential address. As I have the Mercury account I will leave it at that but thought I would share me recent experience.

In the case of TruLease physical business address, is it considered a fixed place of business in the US and would be subject to taxes for Foreign owned LLC even if the business it self is conducted outside the US?

Services are sourced where they are performed. This is all just paper it doesn't impact the actual facts and circumstance of your business especially if you aren't there

I used a registered agent to open an LLC in Wyoming recently. I am a non-US citizen but now that Relay does not accept Registered agent address, I am planning to try Mercury because I have a Shopify Store and already got EIN. I am listening to your videos but can you clarify how I can get my aunt in the US to give me proof of address? Would she need to put my name on a bill or something else?

Watch the video and just get your own proof of address. Maybe your aunt can help you get a phone there. Or just get your own tello phone

Wouldn't having a US address cause my foreign-sourced business's income to be effectively connected (due to rent generally, but not sure how these methods work) and thus cause me to pay income taxes?

No only if services are performed in the US this is just a mailing address you aren't actually there
