Background: I'm a 6'3, relatively okay looking fella who as going through a rough patch in life, motivation, self confidence, friends, mental strength, personal health/grooming were abysmal. I started watching you 6 months ago and I got rid of my chubbiness, got lean, trained my mind, got off of the hub, put myself out there, got a job, took risks, and got my shit together(my appearance and hygiene too). The number one issue in my opinion is men who buy into what I like to call the "Messiah Effect" - Guys who let their failures influence them to the point where they go searching for someone else who "understands them" and instills them with a belief system that either they have no control or absolute controls over their social and/or dating lives. Life isn't dark black or bright white, it is many different shades of grey. The moment we accept this and just show up as the best versions of ourselves for ourselves each and every day is the moment our lives start manifesting the things we need. Note that what we need doesn't always look exactly like what we think we want.
