I have to ask, can americans own land /house in nicaragua? cause My nicaraguan friends tell me all kinds of horror stories about the goverment taking their land and homes specially if they have moved to the USA , the homes are not abandoned by any meens since they have a care taker, so in my mind im like if they can do thst to their own people, what protects me as a foreingner . thanks.
Hey hola 👋claro que pueden tener sus propiedades tu amigos que han platicado mal de sus propiedades algún problema tuvieron gubernamental pero hay mucha gente extranjera con propiedades y negocios en mi país.
I heard earthquakes happen quite often there and in the Caribbean coast has earthquakes. How does that affect the quality of living and are other weather problems to worry about.
oh man life in a forgein country is just so much better if you speak the language, the way the locals treated me vs the friends who were right next to me who didnt speak spanish was out of this world
Hi Elton! I am in a similar situation you are in where my family owns a coffee farm in Northern Nicaragua and I came from the States to help manage it. Wanted to ask if we can catch up to ask you for tips. Would also like to buy some of your coffee to help support you. Thanks!
Great video Elton! These are the exact reasons why I bought my house on the beach which is just north of Miramar in Salinas Grande. The people and hospitality are amazing and the slow pace of life is something everyone should experience. No tourism, hotels, noise etc makes northern Nicaragua so appealing and having world class surf everyday at your front door with no line ups or crowds is the best thing ever!!! I talk about these same issues in my videos about Nicaragua because I love this country and hope people get to enjoy it as much as I do! Cheers
Are you not using ac or hot water. When gringos use those things and they normally do. The price of electricity is a lot higher. I have lived here going on 4 years. Dissur charges tiers. Most gringos are mad when I tell them how much they owe for their electricity use in my condo
