anyone else watchin this thinkin almost every piece he says is toy, is actually kinda dope? like sure, i 100% agree a FEW of them are trashy, but others he rips on, i'd be more than impressed to see on a wall.
It’s just natural when I see my progression, I’m proud of my work and I know they were all relevant steps in my road to improvement. Thanks for checking out the channel!
my work is shit compared to this. But im 17.. I've practiced for a few weeks now , no rulers, no expensive supplies, a lot of discouragement from family..
Damn; I haven’t touched my black book since I was in middle school (I’m in college now) seeing this makes me wanna get back to this, I miss it. Sick work tho
i used to draw this type of stuff when i was young, and its interesting to see ppl do amazing work now that im older. i would have loved this channel back then, this gen is lucky no lie.

Serp my bruv, my dad was a graphic artist back in the days before computers. He had stacks of books of lettering and your work is right up there with any of it. I come from Newtown Australia where Graff us a really big deal and I have to say your work is the goods mate.
Dude, your work is freakin AMAZING. I love graffiti because no matter who creates it or what it says or shows it has meaning in it. People who do graffiti put their hearts in their work. Keep doing your amazing work. #lovegraffiti #beyourself
It’s crazy how close my progress in graffiti is to yours, like a lot of my early pieces look very similar to yours, I even wrote pieces for sheva (one of my favourites on RU-vid) and sive who I never really thought was amazing tbh, I was also always into cursive and done a lot of that, it sort of brought me into tattooing I was drawing roses and all sorts, it’s mental how much my journey was similar to you, iv done the single letters the big backgrounds everything over the years, watching this honestly took me years back remember pieces like yours. I never stuck into it as much as you have with other things like boxing being my main love and me never painting. It’s also weird to say but I applied for art and got stuck in a pottery class and that made me not like art as much I got bored of it. Iv done graffiti all the time but not consistently. My friend died and I started to sketch his name a little now but this has been a brilliant piece of inspiration thanks.
a personal note on him being so hard on himself: my best mate is from ireland, and i live in australia and he commented that a lot of europe and the uk always put themselves down in order not to sound arrogant, and are self-deprecating by nature in comparison. he reckons americans and australians are alike in the way we arrogantly self-promote ourself. its all jokes really. just another part of the worlds humour
I’ve been drawing since I was 9 and I’ve been bombing since i was 14. I absolutely love graffiti I’m obsessed with it and always will be. From good ol bubble letters to wild style love it all. I do have to say this though man, I give you mad mad props. You’re actually good bro straight up for someone who started in 2013 like you said. You’re doing just fine bro. Stay Up!
I had an art teacher that expected me to be able to do the same thing as the people who had been in art for 3 years and it sucked. I basically just sat through class and did the fundamentals. I did learn a few things, but just those few.
This is dope, I have gone back too looking at my old graffs n drawings, n I'm just like....umm ya idk what I was thinking lol practice does make perfect
Love your work SeRp i dont have any of my Blackbooks from back in the day, but sure was nice to see yours! Thanks for taking us back to the toy years! LoL
I loved your first two books, I used to draw graffitis back when I was younger and my stuff used to look the same. Even made those cutouts from magazines and put them onto my blackbook. Nice memories !
First of all pick ups brother. What a fun thing to look at. From drop the knife and after not to mention the building blocks before yes yes yes. Keep it up :-)
I LIKE THE FACT THAT YOU STUCK WITH IT, YOU STARTED OUT A TOY LIKE EVERYBODY DOES. YOU KEPT AT IT THO AND GOT SO MUCH BETTER. VERY INSPIRING THANKS SERP!! STAY UP.

I remember my early graff days, using 08' 228s and home bargains markers, benching all the time, making homemade markers and using big chunky bingo markers filled with black ink, great times.
thanks man im getting way better im trying new things an all i just started like 7 months ago and ngl i saw this vid and im hella good thanks again bro🙏💪💪
I am 15 and i've been doing graffiti since about 5 or 6 years too. Graffiti is my passion and im sketching every damn day. I would say i am pretty good by now.
I started making sketches after I stopped like 3 years ago. Even the first ones you showed are better than everything I ever drew, why are you calling them bad? You are really talented and skilled, wtf.
My first couple of book are sketches that looking back aren't good in my eyes. Thats only because compared to the work I'm doing now they are so far in terms of structure and style. I am proud of all this previous work however as it was important for me to grow and develop. Thanks for checking out then channel man, hope you stick around.
The fact he started doing all these crwzy styles so early blows me away I still don’t even color my work but man he makes me wanna start getting better omg
Man you progressed fast! Great content. I've been drawing graffiti for like 25+ years and still am a toy. I feel like I understand the fundamentals but it doesn't translate to my drawing.
