Remember u need a pc that can run the games at the fps your monitor have in hz , other wise if u cant make more than 80 fps and ur monitor is 240 hz u u will need to upgrade the PC
No, I don't think you NEED to buy a pc to get your first earnings as long as you are decently good and play smart you can get your first earnings, i believe in you! 😁
