最后高压锅那一步去除就在柴火灶上炖一会泡一晚上更好就不会有这么多碎的。带鱼肉很嫩的

壓力鍋那個是為了吃骨頭，魚罐頭比如鯪魚鳳尾魚帶魚什麼的，都是高壓工藝，骨頭都可以吃。如果要燉的話需要更長時間，出貨更碎。工廠工藝一般是炸完直接加湯封罐，然後蒸到酥爛，不需要過多移動就不會很碎。
