Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

This is one of those mental workouts. Fun to do but challenging mentally and physically. I decided to go a little lighter, 2x7.5kg Dumbbells to get maximum cardio too. Thanks, KayKay.❤❤
Perfect Sunday workout! I loved this. My favorite format: heavy weight exercise followed by bodyweight exercise, finishing with a Tabata cardio segment😍. 60 minutes long that felt like 30 minutes. Great job! Thank you❤
3rd time doing this. My whole fitness regime revolves around CG and KK. They are similar but also so very different. Hence switching between both trainers is a win win. Why on earth hasn’t KK got more subscribers?????

Currently not at my strongest bc of waterfasting, so I did this with 7.5 kg. This was super fun, I loved the different moves (some of which I've never done before!) and time passed so quickly. Now I feel so happy and energized, thank you so so much! :)
