This is a 60 minute challenging morning vinyasa flow. Class begins with a brief seated meditation. We then flow slow opening the front and sides of the hips and warm the abdominal core. Class then gradually builds in intensity... sun salutations A & B, standing flow including warrior 2, temple, side plank, twists & eagle. We then move through a series of energising backbends (camel, bridge and wheel), concluding with an optional inversion and a short cool down before resting in shavasana.
Modifications offered along the way :-) It's a complete, full body flow and one of my stronger flows. Enjoy!
