Veronica was not naive .. she cared about the greater good and cared for children who were dying or becoming addicts . She cares about her country. She was brave and her death changed the course of crime in ireland
This story reminds me of the scene in Star Wars: A New Hope, where Obi Wan warned Darth Vader that "If you strike me down now, I will become more powerful than you can imagine." Similarly Veronica and her cause definitely became a LOT more powerful once they struck her down. Those cowards can laugh it up but they won't be laughing ;long because payback's a real bitch.
Took a strong woman who was a married mother who became a investigator journalist who became well known embraced by the people of Ireland.We now have very few reporters who will investigate these drug dealers at the top because theft are top killers who investigate their business of huge drug systems.
