I am a native Hungarian. The listening practice is not bad, but to me it just seems a bit off. It's way too formal, and not how natives speak at all. I think it's great for intermediate students, but for advanced you could repeat less words or leave out some pronouns (you can actually guess it from the conjugation of the verb). The man also sounds native, but you can really hear from his speaking that he changes his speech to make it easier for the listener to understand. He speaks a lot slower and articulates more. We speak much-much faster than this. I think it'd be nice for advanced learners to practice that too. :D But great video anyway.
