You are wrong in saying that SJVN is hydro power generator, Hydro is one aspect, In addition to hydroelectric power, SJVN Limited has diversified its operations into other renewable energy sources such as solar and wind power. The company has ventured into solar power projects and is actively exploring opportunities in the wind energy sector as well. SJVN could be next Waree as they are currently Mini Ratna and holds potential of becoming a Navratna.
On the positive side. Which justifies the valuation. (Could be investor bias) 1) Both ROCE and ROE are above 100. 2) Jump in the results are so high that PE came down to 155 from highs of 293. So imagine what 2 more bumper quarters would do. 3) The massive order book. 4) As rahul mentioned SW solar, it’s no where near waaree. Sw solar guidance is about 10% ebit margins. And waaree has highest in the industry margins i.e >25%. Also sw solar has shown net profits after 3 years of loss. 5) Almost 0 debt 6) when waaree energies ipo comes investors could get quota.

I am investor in KPI green. Waaree renevables mein operators ka game suru hai. Everyday circuit mein jata hai stock.. kahi na kahi dal mein kuch kala hai.

1. Whether the business makes money? Please look at its high ROCE and its growth. 2. Does it actually make cash or the profits are only in the books? Please check out this point. 3. Last year too the orders in hand was about one and a half times the turnover and the company has delivered even higher revenue. Similar is the situation now. Only the scale is bigger. 4. The sector is upbeat, the government is promoting growth and it ties in with global push on energy goals. Which company in this sector has this high ROCE and growth in sales? Because they are in EPC. 5. The parent company is making an issue of shares and the only thing not known is the exact timing, possibly September or so. Parent company's stocks in unlisted share market has also risen sharply. Foreign investors have valued the parent company at high valuation largely based on 75% holding in WRTL. 6. I have made 9x through investing carefully at different levels and I will not sell now. 7. "Any failure to perform one or two quarters, price will fall like a Pack of Cards." That's how fresh entry points emerge.

I bought it at 2500 two days backand now it is at 2080 ...It may go down further but I am very confident that it will bounce back and will cross 3000 very soon...

But it changed because of solar emphasis. before that most of solar companies were almost dead. i see their order book and they are getting more. same true for kpigreen, and websol, insolation energy. anyway i have quite good amount of investment and reaping benefits multifold. my recommendation if antone get opportunity must buy.
3 days back Waaree Renewable added in to MSCI small cap means 108 cr inflow expecting from FII. Their promoter is waaree Energy . Indias largest solar module manufacturer. Rs 3200 cr order book & 14 GW in pipeline Analyze everything before publishing to public
Order book 2.3 GW worth rs 3200 cr and 13GW order in pipeline. What if they get 5GW, Total order book would be 7.3 GW worth rs 10,000 cr which would generate 2000 cr profit

Good Rahul , Pl note you cannot compare EPC PE RATIO . Pl see they are in EPC but they are also a solar module manufacturer. EPC related to solar park. Pl compare 🍎 apple to apple.. Thank you

Exact copy of Adani stocks way back in 2020 to 2023. But the good point is great order book, working in govt driven sector and penetration in local market as well. I am optimistic even if tbe stock falls temporarily.
The problem is not the stock running 60000% but the OPM and NP look overdone compared to others like kpel or zodiac. Even CG Power from verge of closure stock at 2/- 3 yes back revived the business to hit 650 now =32000%! But this has high backing of promoter and business model with established old business. Just for fun make a small investment expecting to loose all then it ok. Not more than that because solar business does not have such high profits. May be a CA can thro some light.😮😮
