I'm not sure. On there website it says "offroad use only", so I don't think so. But I suggest you contact them to make sure.

@@ExoticCarspotters Thank you for your answer! I've seen two Dutch common M4s with these midpipes so I assume it's road legal if the valves are closed?

@@Stilo95 Normally it should be road legal if you only change the mid pipes, but I'm not sure.

@@ExoticCarspotters I would change the mid pipes to the resonated version and leave everything stock. I contacted Pure Turbos Belgium and they replied that the mid pipes don't come with any official EU approval document. But I suppose it's still road legal if this M4 can have it.
