Don't worry. What's the most dificult part for you? For me, it used to be the part after the first refrain / chorus, I tried to do that part lots of times, if I had just one SAFE, or WORST, or something like that, I always pressed Start and then I retried. The last chorus was also so problematic, in that case, I watched gameplays on RU-vid and I slowed them down to 'memorize' and 'play' it on my 3DS imaginarily.

I think the story is even though it sounds happy it’s sad, basically Miku likes someone but she’s dying and is singing hoping for her lover to hear I don’t know if this is right because this is just what I heard but there are others like in one Miku tries to get a guy to fall in Love with her but he is deaf.

Yep. The devs seem to do extra work in making the Etoile module truly perfect for this PV. Sadly, (and unsurprisingly) it doesn't apply if you use the module in another PV. Just ask the microphone in Romeo and Cinderella...
It only applies to skin contact, sadly. Not any hold items like Microphones, Mic Stands, etc. I don't know if guitars are added in the category though.

The way SEGA seemed to have to it is her arm and forearm interact with the skirt but her actual hands don't interact with the skirt (same with the hair.)
The release of this song was at 6/30 with missing a skeleton. The next recent addition for PDA was at 7/28 (ExExtreme for 3 songs), which most likely was also the fix for Skeleton Orchestra and Lilia PV. But the problem is, that there isn't many updated PV uploaded for this song, so you will still see more PV with the missing one skeleton.
