Hey, I just wanted to leave a comment regarding your new diet. Just keep in mind that fruits are high in carbs and sugar (fructose) which digests very quickly and also they are low in protein. your body uses energy to digest protein as they are more complex than simple carbs like fruits. Just in my opinion it will be good to have at least 2 vegetable meals along with fruits because most of them are low in carb low in calories and high volume. If you are doing this diet for longer term then don’t forget to take vitamin b12 which is not present in fruits and veggies and it’s necessary for your brain. You may have not felt sugar rush because you are already consuming a lot of sugar from fruits where your body maybe getting used to the high amount of sugar; that’s just a hypothesis, And also Congratulations on 60k

Watching your videos has inspired me to start doing weekly cheat days and honestly when I started them I only weighed 155lbs, super lean but looked really unhealthy, since then I now weigh 165-170lbs depending! 155lbs was not sustainable (only eating 1200-1400 cals every day)! Definitely appreciate your videos for guidance and entertainment! #TeamBigBites #DonutGang I will always be one of your biggest fans!
