Man I am so hopeful for building something similar Just a great useful refuge away from the city. Been working electrical couple years and finally was selected to start the apprenticeship. Lots of overwhelming stuff in the education side But loving the jobsite work. Can't wait to get out of my truck camper tho 🤣
SO beautiful Christian. The work involved, honestly buddy, you have the patience of a saint haha.it's a wonderful building inside and out..I am so proud of what you have achieved.. don't stop the videos though, cause I like seeing you.maybe talk about your hobbies, what food you like,if you go to the gym.anything you like to share with us.. because it's you that everyone loves.your personality shines through.very genuine, caring and likable.much love.your number one fan Derek from London.
Great video I do have a question are you a Ford guy or a Chevy guy or are you just the guy that get me the truck that fits the bill for what you need 👍
Hi I am currently live in Texas and would like to ask if you did take any loans to build the house and how it goes. Please make a video about it as well. Thank you
What kind of water mitigation system do you use? I know that ground water has to be super rich in minerals and calcium, iron, etc? What made me think of that was your running faucets. We have a similar style and the ends of them, where the water drops off, constantly calcium's up over time.
So I have a question for the channel owner and others. I paid the $10 bucks to buy the plans mainly to see what the cost breakdown was for this type of build. Any reason why my Bitdefender Malware protection blocked my download of the floor plans? That seems a bit fishy to me. Now I feel like I just flushed 10 bucks down the drain because I'm not allowing something to download that is being flagged by my malware protection. Just a heads up for anyone else looking at doing the same.
Hi Matt, many others have purchased the plans with no problems. If you would like your money back just reply with your email and I’ll gladly send it back!
@@Create208 Thanks for the reply. Really dig this concept and was thinking of doing something similar so that I could pull an RV in and store it indoors and have it all attached as you did with your big garage/shop. Good stuff brother keep killing it 👊🏽
Hey boss was actually considering your layout with a few mods, had some questions about your loan process? Did they quote your mortgage based off your plans and stuff or did they just give you a approval amount and you built until you reached it? Kinda trying to see what the total cost would be to turn key it bc Texas area won’t let me GC it myself!
sick home my dude.. now its all done, about how much was the ful lbuild? if u have the with and without labor break down that'd be dope even though its a year later
Hey there! I am writing from the Pacific Northwest and stumbled across your channel while doing research. I am looking to do something almost identical to your project probably though without the porches and a little bit more shop space. I was curious would you be willing to share what your costs were from site prep to concrete to the shell and finishing interiors along with heating cooling and sort of the basic finishings to make it home? I have got estimates but they're always running some sort of an angle to try and get your business. It would just be nice to hear from a fellow young like-minded individual of what it cost. I am not 100% sure how to ask this question in a private message but it would be beyond helpful if you could give me a hint. I want to make enough leeway in my budget that I'm not stuck screwed or making massive compromises after putting in the property slab with radiant heat building up and sheet rocking with electrical run just to find out I have completely ate up my budget. Any help along with companies that were beneficial to you or amounts roughly that certain elements cost you would be incredibly helpful. I am looking at buying and starting within the next 60 days. Many thanks and Ive been love sharing you videos left and right be people as me what I'm talking about when I say shop grandame combo! ~Cheer Mate~ :Kevin S (sadly from Portland OR for as short of time as POSSIBLE)
