Imo this is balanced cause he already has a terrible chasse in wheel form. But when he's camping chair (which I don't see the point of doing so as him) that's a little bit OP since he almost instantly down the rescuer + chaired survivor until the survivor gets eliminated

But then how else would they be able to activate the thorns to inflict damage?

It really depends on the player but can really excel on the bigger maps as well (mostly cause theres more open space)

Don't underestimate breaking wheel he's not as "easy-to-kite" as you think
