भाई रात के 1:30 / 2 बजे तक जागोगे तो कोई फायदा नहीं ऐसी मोटिवेशन का, 2 दिन बाद उतर जाएगा ये फितूर... रात 11 बजे से पहले सो जाया करो हर हाल में और सुबह 5 बजे हर हाल में उठकर कुछ कसरत वगैरा करना शुरू करो... सब बढ़िया हो जाएगा...

@@simplyias3628 सही कहा भाई। मैं पिछले 3 साल से दिनेश मोहन जी को, और काफी सारे को मोटिवेशनल स्पीकर्स को फॉलो कर रहा हूं। दिनेश जी से तो मैं काफी प्रभावित हुआ। पर 3 साल में 3-4 बार ही खुद को सुधारने की कोशिश कर सका हूं। अपनी कोशिश में ईमानदार होना पड़ता है। पर मैं तो, अपने लिए ही बेईमान निकला। पर आज फिर ये वीडियो सामने आ गई। ऐसा नहीं है के इसी वीडियो को देख कर मैं फिर से मोटिवेट होऊंगा। पर पिछले कुछ दिनों से फिर से मन में पॉजिटिव वाइब्स आ रही हैं। इस बार नहीं छोडूंगा। मुझे इस बात की खुशी है के दिनेश मोहन जी का घर मेरे शहर में भी है। मतलब वो शायद गुडगांव भी रहते हैं। और चंडीगढ़ के पास भी घर है उनका। अपने प्रति ईमानदार होने के बाद, एक दिन जरूर मिलूंगा, उनसे।
