I fondly remember playing tank sion with the first itteration of hullbreaker getting enemy inhib ans then walk into enemy base getting focused by 4 people and not losing health while ignoring them and punching their towers Shit was vile
Lately I've been rolling Sion with Unending Despair, Spirit Visage, Titanic, and Swifties as core along with whatever armor/MR I need afterwards. Seems to work really well with the bigger shields and higher sustain.
have you seen the T1 game against pre-nerf smolder. That sht was wild because the best team with insane gold lead with infernal soul, baron, elder soul almost lost to a trash team because of 1 stacking little dragon

6:50 fyi the guy playing gp is so good at gp he literally can tell if gp is gonna crit or not purely based on the movement of gp when he attacks, so he literally has an ungodly high crit chance at only 15%
1:26 there is some chatter saying Sion was broken when Baus was mentioning old tank items. What I find hilarious is that Sion was never once broken during any point over the last couple item changes. Was he strong when old titanic, gargoyle, hullbreaker, etc. was still in the game? Sure. But Sion was never broken. It really puts into perspective just how fucking badly riot nerfed poor Sion. It's crazy how Baus is so good on Sion you actually have people saying he was broken though. A champ with a move that self stuns, zero mobility, large hitbox, long lvl 1 cd ult, with a health stacking passive in a game that continually adds outright over tuned health busting carries. And SION IS BROKEN. LOL!
A lot of people just hate tanks and don't understand that tanks in league don't really fulfill that role that much. The only time tanks are unkillable is during bad drafts when everyone is only ad or magic dm or they have no tank killer at all. Tanks in league are usually just slow cc outputs but not nearly enough to justify them having no dmg. A real tank doesn't work well with league except in competitive scenes and even then people would just pick true dmg characters to completely annihilate them. With how the games made tanks can never really be completely broken and bruisers and juggernauts end up benefiting way more (especially in low ranks looking at you Mundo lol).
@@stickempires2608 Yeah it’s just funny when people say characters with the most underwhelming kits are broken. On paper, Sion is outright dogshit. It’s how people play the game that really lets him shine.
