Not a single warning light on the dash, the engine swap and tune was properly made, everything works as if it was factory made, props to the owner and whoever built this beauty.
@@pawelludew291Not only M3... its pretty much EVERY (no matter the engine) E60,E90, E65 etc. series car from that time. They all have the worst ever possible speedo difference to real speed you can imagine. My uncle who worked at BMW in the engineering department back then said someone from the handling/suspension/chassis department said it was done on purpose to make those Models feel more sporty and make BMW more sporty. So they were basically doing it to fool the costumers AND give people who reviewed the cars for the press back then the illusion that they are a LOT faster than they really are so they can write positive articles as how much better they feel than the competitors (W211/B8). Nowadays this is not possible anymore because every reviewer has a gps box, but back then all they did was measure 100-200, 0-60 on the speedometer or just phrase their subjetive opinion of how fast the needle moves. Press had so much influence whether someone buys a car, its not like instagram or youtube today, if the press said its a great car people bought it.
What a sick little car , I don't know about the high pitched exhaust I prefer it growly and deeper but other than that I love it , please more shots from the distance from the cars going by on the autobahn 😍
@@E60M5-EstorilYeah the M113K is absolutely brutal, i like it more than the M156 and everyone who has driven both would agree i think. But the sound of the M156 is still something else. But when it comes to power and characteristics i also prefer the supercharged.
@@Doomsara it would have to be smaller wheels. bigger wheels will give you higher speed than speedo and the ones on the car look like stock size, 265x35 R19s (rear), so its just wildly inaccurate.
@@joshreynolds729They sound like nothing stock ... sadly. But so does the RS5 and E60 M5. The only exception is the W204 C63 which sounds stock like they sniffed too much coke at mercedes and said buddy make this thing as fucking loud and raw as you can. The sound levels between a stock E92 M3 / E60 M5 are like 3x higher on a stock C63. Just nuts. I don't think i ever heard a stock E92 M3 from someone actually owning one, everyone has completee aftermarket exhausts, the only stock one i heard was in poland on a racetrack but he just got the car 3 days ago, so he probably ripped out everything at this point.
the original 1M with the n54 is still a beast,but with this swap, a proper M. Absolutely top car for me, compact, low weight, good engine, 50-50 ratio, RWD, and cool lookin. its in top3 at BMW
@@grovsey3656 no, it's not normal in a car even at this speeds, tipically at this speeds the normal error is betwen 10 or 14Km/h, more than that is not aceptable...
@@fabini14 No. My M4 shows 260 on the speedo when you reach the speed limit but I used a racebox to verify it was actually 255 on the dot. BMW is usually good on those. I think the reason it's off by 35 Kph on that 1M is most likely because it's using an E92 engine/trans/rear end and probably different sized tires so it would throw off the stock speedo
Slow climbing reaxhed to 300 kmh for crazy 650 hp? Most car 400 hp can hit 290-300 kmh. And 500 hp sport car can hit 300 kmh little quicker than that. But 650 hp? Should acceleration quicker than that gps. Bmw m5 2009 i used to have. That acceleration QUICKER than that and not even supercharger. I put bolt on full exhaust, intakes, tuned by bren tuning that is it. It pulls FASTER than rhat. And top out at 209.4 mph GPS. with only 575 bhp and HEAVIER.
With supercharger ?!? Time should be around 5 not 7 . Did you open the hood to see the supercharger ? This car with dct a no supercharger should do around 7 .
a 140i with an hdp6 , e40 mix and a cat/opf delete and stock turbo is just as fast on 100-200 with only 500Whp . prolly slower in the higher end . its a bit odd this 650 bhp car isnt doing mid to lower 6's .
