I have literally cried every single night for the past 3 nights out of no where!! I miss my ex husband so Fricken much but I do not want him back. Been feeling that exact same way about my mom. Had the confirmation I've been waiting for tonight about her and came back to this video to rewatch since I watched it the other day, and the sense of doneness with the situation is quite spot on. So sorry you’re sad. We cry for the loss of the old ways because it’s familiar , remember the times your ex made you cry . Give yourself time to grieve. Be kind to yourself and do something that you couldn’t do because of your ex, fun and maybe silly but just for you not anyone else. I thought the same thing but the more I kinda let that feeling of needing them go and focus my energy onto things I've not healed the more I realize they were only a distraction from dealing with what I really needed to deal with. They are blocking your abundance. If they were meant for you they would already be there for you so I believe you should put that energy into positive things for yourself and you'll feel so much better about yourself and what's to come. I’m full of mixed feelings right now. Yes and I’m sorting. Sorting my physical stuff, my mental and emotional stuff. Moonlight. This couldn’t be more in point. I went through the most dark and confusing time. Just this week I made a conscious decision to heal and purge. I have yesterday remembered to meditate, use trauma cleansing/healing music when showering, digging out all my crystals, initiating a journal and changes my inner voice with mantras and words to speak to change my thought pattern or how I’ve been reacting to it. Thank you so much for this I kept seeing 666 recently and decided to move myself away from a person that was making me sad since I was always thinking how I can help them since I know they are non-spiritual and I can relate because I was going through tough times and we somehow connected because of the pain.
