Nah they can't handle any beat with speed. Their flows are so slow they need slow beats. Fast grime beats they struggle with. The guy at 7:36 was dead. And all these new guys have the same bars as one another they all saying the same shit on repeat.
Majority of drill beats are 60 - 70 BPM, Grime beats are generally 140. You're telling me 70 bpm is fast. All I'm saying is, Real artists with talent, adapt to their situations, they can handle slow and fast beats. I'm not saying all, but majority of these drill rappers in this video couldn't even handle their drill beats.

This video shows exactly the difference between a grime artist and UK rapper... UK rappers are completely overshadowed by grime artists - the beats they use do justice to their lyrics, they're not as versatile as grime artists on the spot
