Well, I picked 120 days to lose 60 lbs and heal at the start because I thought if I stick to my plan I could do it in 120 days. Now, I'm almost halfway done, and so far have been on pace to reach my goal; however, I am feeling so good at this point that I am not overly concerned about losing all 60 lbs within that time frame. But for the sake of trying my best, I will do what seems reasonable to keep trying. Now that I am feeling so much better, I am sure I will reach my goal, whether in 68 days or more doesn't really matter. Thanks for watching and commenting!
I feel good with the fat to protein ratio so far. I am planning on fasting to get things moving quicker if necessary, but that's really just for the sake of hitting my arbitrary goal of losing 60 lbs in 120 days, and not really necessary.
