Alex. I am a big fan of the Beretta 682 . I have a 682 skeet with briley tubes for 20 ,28 and 410 I purchased in 1986 and shot registered skeet with it for years. I have close to 200,000 rounds through it. Still going strong. Cheers Ron
Like a Perazzi MX8, this Beretta 682 is a timeless shotgun. The 682 Gold was still hand adjusted/verified by skilled workers at the factory. The 682 Gold had better build quality and reliability, better wood, more durable and expensive action finishing (PVD) and better barrel performance than some more expensive recent guns, like 692 / 694. If this shotgun was made today with the same quality as it was made in the past, it would cost a lot more than a "equivalent" 692 or 694 trap. A good shooter with a 682 in good condition can still win a big event.
I completely agree with you yes they could win a competition no question. I like this one with the 29.5 barrels. Thanks for your comment and thanks for watching 👀 😅
Very nice ! I picked up a 682 Gold E Trap fixed choke the other day. I haven't shot it yet as it's at Carl Russels getting the once over as there is an issue with the Memory adjustable Comb Hopefully it will be at the club soon .
