How this video puts me out of me, I made the same game, double titan (with the augment) + Bloodthirsty. My titan was still stack at 25 due to a riot bug.
He requested to have the monkey not do anything so Mech can grow after 22 seconds. When it hits 22 seconds, it doubles it's damage and max HP and immediately heals to max. He got lucky that the last hit was slightly delayed before recovering HP.
