I struggled to get my self into a routine and would wake up late every morning because I couldn’t bring myself to get out of bed, I felt really depressed, lonely and also frustrated a lot of the time. Since watching your videos and committing to a routine + Pilates in the morning, I have been so much happier and feeling healthier 😊thank you
Take small steps, set alarm 15-30 times earlier than the usual time you woke up, every day try to wake up 10 mints earlier than the previous day, you will get there

Hi I have just found your channel and it made me inteersting. I would like to see what is your routine from 7 a.m to 19 p.m and I would like to know if you do anything special on weekends or on your days off?
What time is it by the time you start working? My issue with morning routines is that I love to take my time and be slow in the morning but with uni I have lectures at 9am so I don’t get to do it how I want until the weekends, when I try to do them during the week I usually end up super late plus I have adhd which doesn’t help. If you do another one of these can you put in what the time is after each bit? ❤
Nice video but when you are healthy and happy and aren't working in corporate job is easier . I have ibs and sibo and i suffer from extremely bloating almost everyday after meals meanwhile having boss who are telling me ' You have to be available no matter what time it is , Don't you understand ' and when i'm not he send me horrible e- meals , he thread me , he call me and I'm sure i am not alone it's not hate . I wish that people would understand that this is video is ' perfect world' but for many it not achievaible because of their work . Sometimes your lunch break doesn't even exist. Of course working out is little helper but I wish someone would make something like that for people with corporate jobs .

Its not nice to fix right away your bed everytime we wake up in the morning. Let the sun touches your bed like 10 minutes then after that fixed your bed
