I literally have 2 breakfasts! First one cereal banana toast juice .. Second one 2 hard boiled egg whites only bagel light cream cheese .. I’m high aniexty and if I don’t eat first thing in the morning I feel terrible.. My metabolism is very high especially when I’m stressed, breakfast is my favorite 🤩

If i didnt eat breakfast I think I’d faint about 10am. It’s so important to my whole well being that I eat close to waking up. I really enjoy breakfast as well. Thanks for another lovely video.

Avocado on rice cakes is my fave! I also have a couple more with a little pot of hummus! Perfecto! I live in Altrincham btw and love seeing the area through your pretty vlogs because it's a gorgeous area but you just get used to it x

Everyone does intermittent fasting during the night. I don't know anyone who eats in their sleep. For me I don't eat after 8pm so by the time I get to breakfast the next morning it's been a good 14 hours or so without food. I have found that gives my digestive tract a break to rest or for my body to use that energy to repair things and not to always be digesting.

@@HannahAdkins I just typed it into Google instead and found the UK version of the site is a different URL. For some reason your link took me to the general version of the site where everything is in dollars and there’s no UK option. Idk why it took me to the US version 🤷🏻‍♀️ Thanks for responding 😅
