went to high school with this dude. I was like two grades below him, but I'd always see him battle rap at lunch outside and whatnot. knew the dude and his crew team phlyte(or however it's spelt) had ambition and talent. glad to see it finally come into fruition

The reason why Zane Lowe such a great interviewer is because you can tell that he's actually passionate about music. He very informed, up to date, and analytical about the music as well as always honest and personal with the artists, which makes for such insightful substance. That's what separates him from a lot of other interviewers. A lot of times these internet studios are so quick put a pretty face in front of the camera to "attract" people, yet those pretty faces hardly ever know what they're talking about, which leads to these boring, impersonal, shallow, and sometimes even awkward interviews. Other studios need to take notes...
