When my daughter was 6 months old i started to give this ragi milk porridge. She had ragi milk porridge till 2 years regularly. Now she is 8 years old. She learns classical dance. Her dance teacher said "unga ponnoda stamina vera level" yes it is rich in iron and calcium. Still I give her but not in porridge form. Puttu or dosa like that.
Along with his add a soup 3 pieces of vegetable 🥕 beans potato totally 30 small pieces boil and add salt n give , the child will enjoy….. I fed my baby till 2 1/2 years

@@banupriya8011 watch the weight gain and milestones of the baby. If the baby is active, then it gets enough milk. It is not recommended to start solids before 6 months.
