Lots of great ideas in here, beautiful starting point! I'd prefer sliding doors to access both the bath & utility rooms. Deeper bathroom basin countertop would feel more generous to me. Wall-mounted taps, undermounted sinks are easier to clean. Kitchen table would be movable, to fit more people around it. Lounge floor easier to clean if all one level. Dream of a sliding door from my bedroom to a sun deck & lush garden. Hopefully house would be on a lot where neighbours can't peer in! **Overall very impressed, thanks for sharing!**
To put this into a livable city pictured will run at LEAST $150 by the time the dust has settled. More likely, you will spend five years looking for some place to build it. You will end up WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY out in the sticks in a dying/dead town with an 80 mile commute to some sort of job. This is fantasy. Maybe in the next life.
In my country, the furniture from the outside would be stolen and maybe also the furniture from the inside, since that house has zero privacy and the same security. As a recommendation, I would put some skylights or small windows in the bathroom and the laundry room to use daylight and not have to depend on electric light in those rooms. I would also decorate the back with plants and combine the back wall with some other type of material since in this render it looks quite boring and flat.

So I go to your website and you offer floor plans, not blueprints for sale. How do you come up with the cost you put in your thumbnails? Do you actually sell blueprints? Prices of floor plans are in euros so are the floor plans/blueprints metric or imperial? Do they conform to International Building Codes or your local code? You only need to have the concrete foundation then assemble the house step by step. You’ll receive the construction ,water , electric and gas connection with the plans when you order. You only assemble the house .

You want a stylish design like this using all the lot area with a roof deck. THAT's how to keep costs down. Placed closely beside other houses with staggered window placement for privacy and lots of natural light. If they all were the same height you could have excellent privacy on your deck as well with a peripheral wall that wouldn't even have to be very tall. Privacy feels nice on a roof deck.
Nice renderings and all, but one thing sort of jumps to mind with the fly throughs -- Privacy. While it's nice theorectically to have the open feel with the big windows. they at least have curtains in the bedroom (sheer and privacy)The street is -- RIGHT THERE. You'd have to put up privacy curtains, which would then change the whole character of the house. So nice concept, but cant see this working in real life. Maybe as a vacation get-away. Again, beautiful concept but can we have homes that would actually work in real life.

No closets or storage areas. No HVAC room. Glass area LR and KIT facing the street, should face back yard. Corner glass in LR has no support. Otherwise, I'd live there.

I just bought a plan and it was just the walls, nothing of the structure, the porch, the interior design solution, furniture, electrical points. Nothing at all. very disappointed. Now I am working on it in my 3D software and it is impossible, what is shown in the animation and plans does not fit. Out of reality. It does not correspond to 3D, a scam.

Anybody who knows anything bout construction knows there’s no way in hell you can build that for 13000$!The concrete steps alone going up wil cost half of total alone if you hire contractor.
The only thing that puts me off about these houses is lack of privacy with the huge windows, it would be perfect somewhere where no one can just look in at you
Hello. we use privacy glass here. At night, the window film will block about 95% of the light to give you a high level of privacy. During daylight hours, any ambient light will reflect the mirror film's surface, making it impossible to see inside. Yet, at the same time, you will be able to see outside. Thanks for your comment.
